after Almeria managed to produce a surprise draw which made us all lose, we were hesitant to bet on the Girona match.
I won't give up that easily because even though I dont really like Girona, I can make a profit in the upcoming match because betting on Girona score is very convincing to win my bet.

But Real Madrid have become the favorites, they are truly believed to be the strongest candidates to win the La Liga title this season.

The match against Almeria is quite an outlier from a stats perspective. Girona only created 5 shots with a very low xG, 0.3, which is way below their average while getting more than 1.7 xGA. At the very least, they struggle heavily to create chances while the opposition seems to be able to exploit them in transition[1]. Not to mention they lose aerials duels while making more clearances too. That being said, I don't think they need to be panicking just yet since their latest match seems quite okay. If they can maintain that performance in the league, then there should be no problem with finishing in the top 4.

I think this is a bigger problem compared to the head coach and playstyle situation, to be honest. The management has to fix their financial stability instead of focusing on winning trophies.
