It had all the chances of ending a draw because they had literally two goal kicks in more than 60 minutes of play and the whole thing could have easily ended 0-0 just as it has ended 1-1, besides the extra 8 minutes were justified, in just 4 minutes Real stopped the game to make three substitutions, if those weren't meant to cause a delay then I have a bridge to sell you! Rather than luck, it was more like karma, they thought they could hold it for a few more minutes by passing around getting the ball taking half a minute to kick it, and doing substitutions to make it up for 8 minutes and they failed miserably!

I don't think the substitution that Carlo Ancelotti made was as a result of reserving players as against the champions league match they have with Lille, because Real Madrid is quite stronger than Lille such that even if they decide to use their second XI to play against Lille they will still win. Atletico Madrid's defense was very solid that's why Kylian Mbappe didn't get the chance to score and as for Jude Bellingham not being able to score his first goal this season it's just a hard luck otherwise he is trying his best, in due time he will record his name in the score board.
