Is it time for Barcelona to look into having another coach? Well I think so, right now they have done so well in player signing and the team has pump in good amount of money but after a few good games they have gone back to a very poor performance.

Barcelona outing in the UEFA champions league has been a disaster they are on the verge of dropping out of the UCL and today's match Against Real Madrid was also a disaster. I think Barcelona's board should look into hiring a new coach. This could just be their problem.

I knew that Xavi did not have the vast experience to defeat the Real Madrid Team this season, because the team has a complete set of players with good teamwork, they know well how to play a very good match and Carlo Ancelotti is an experienced coach that knows the tactics to use and he gets the victory very easily by focusing on contact game because he knows that Barcelona's defense is not strong enough to handle Real Madrid at the moment.
