Real Sociedad are still on a great winning streak and it has reached five games now.

They could have lost points against Mallorca actually. Real Sociedad were in full control in the first half but things changed in the other half. Real Sociedad were like they were focused on keeping the 1-0 advantage until the final whistle. This helped Mallorca a lot to fight for the equalizer. The last minutes were really worrying for Real Sociedad but they must be grateful for their goalkeeper especially. Because he made a very critical save which helped them win by 1-0.

Real Madrid also had a solid day as expected. Elche had no chance against them and the final result was a proof for that. Real Madrid had three goals disallowed due to offside as well so the score would have been even worse for Elche.

Something that should be appreciated, Real Sociedad is able to consistently win 8 matches in all competitions.
To be honest, I don't really have much interest in this one team. however, in the course of this season Real Sociedad were able to perform very well, especially in their last eight matches.
As a result, they are able to occupy the third place in the La Liga standings above Atletico Madrid.

as for Real Madrid, on paper, to beat Elche is not difficult. and it proved, Real Madrid beat Elche with a landslide score. With this victory, Real Madrid widened the gap between second and third place by 6 points.

the odds (8.80) are pretty good to choose to draw. I know it seems impossible for Elche, but they play at home which I think is very possible. In h2h last 5 match, Elche is make it twice, a last one is in Madrid home. because of that I don't really doubt betting in a draw.

But, i admit this time, Madrid is very power full, they are so unstoppable, and Benzema is very comfortable after got Ballon.

I think what you chose to draw is good enough. Of course this is not an easy match for Elche because the opponent is Real Madrid, although playing at home is not a good guarantee. I can't underestimate barcelone even if it has been losing from real madrid. This club can still win against villareal. I think that inconsistently of villareal has made it become a very bad thing for the next match against barcelona.
Barcelona is far superior compared than it for sure. I just try to take care with some things that happened with villareal. It has been losing in several matches in a row before it was winning.

The Real Madrid team has shown quality and brilliance in their performance against Elche though I expected Madrid to have an easy win with over 3.5 goals before the beginning of this match because the Elche team has been in poor form since the season playing 10 matches in Laliga without a win you can see how down the team is so I don't think am pleased to see Madrid scoring just 3 goals regardless of the 3 goals that were counted. The remains that Madried have taken the 3points to extend their lead in the table so I think they are just playing good football and I believe they will keep their focus on the next game which I know it will also end in them winning.

With the help of VAR, they got two goals cancelled as a result of the goals been ruled offside during the first hour mark of the game. Honestly, I saw them scoring a goal in the first half according to them previous head to head meetings. Valverde for the first half, while both Karim Benzema and Asensio for the second half.

Asensio should find his way outta the club as what I see gor him, he has lost his place in the club ranking to play in the first team. I hope Barcelona gets winning game's after loosing the El Clasico to European Champions League winner's, Real Madrid.

They are obsessing that they are still a giant in La Liga and can beat other clubs with their history and reputation. Their quality drops a lot since the last time they won Champions League with Neymar, Suarez and Messi. After that season, and after the transfer of Neymar to PSG, then Messi to PSG, they are not competitive enough to beat Real Madrid in a direct El Classico or in a long season.

Try to not relying on Lewandowski is right but let's see, what other players can do to bring Barcelona to win matches. They need more players who can do that to reduce the dependence on Lewandowski. If other players can not do this, the Lewydependencia will continue and even become bigger.

I feel it's because the bigger teams are stronger than they are, surely they want to win every game but when your opponents are better than you and score more goals they are surely going to win, the el clasico was another fixture that exposed barcelona's weaknesses and it is left for the players to respond and work on that weakness, i know they can still compete for the La Liga, but they must work on their weaknesses if they are to do that. Real madrid will waste no time to race away from all the other clubs if they get the chance, and this season it is only barcelona that can stop that from happening, Xavi should also learn and stop benching some good players because of some issues that happened off the pitch.

Araujo is currently still unable to play due to the injury he is still suffering from in fact besides Sergi Roberto and Balde there they still have Alonso and Alba at least they still have more experience and are more capable than entering Sergi Roberto and Balde on both sides.
But it has happened and it would be better if Xavi learned from mistakes like this.
Bringing in young players to increase their flying hours is good but at least he must also know that experience is also more decisive in big games like this.

I don't know if he will be able to scratch Real Madrid but I think he will have a fairly easy life against villareal
