Benzema is now ready to return even though the injury concern is still there but as long as he is still able to play I think he will play normally and I'm pretty sure about that.
His form has been hampered by his foot problem which hasn't been great for the season but when he recovered I never doubted this player.

This season La Liga is not boring thankfully. Real Madrid were so alone in the lead last season. Barcelona had really bad days at the beginning of the season with Koeman. Xavi's arrival was barely enough to finish the season at the 2nd place being quite away from Real Madrid. But in this season Barcelona are very consistent in the league. Somehow they can't reflect this performance on big matches and this cost them really big in the Champions League as well. Maybe some tactical changes are needed for big matches as of now.

Considering their effort the only team that can stop them in the La Liga is Real Madrid. We all know how miserable Atletico Madrid are this season. They are already far away from any title race. So Real Madrid have already defeated Barcelona once but they are still at the second position. Barcelona will need to keep up this performance against smaller teams until the next El Clasico in the league. If they do this and defeat Real Madrid in Camp Nou then I think they can really be the champions after a three-season break.

This season is interesting because Barseon went all in making expensive purchases while having huge debts. For me, the El Clasico match cannot be used as a benchmark for Barcelona or Real Madrid to win the title, because even if they win or lose the El Clasico match, the reality is that Real Madrid and Barcelona will at least get defeats and draws when playing against other teams. There is going to be high competition for the Champions League trophy compared to the La Liga title.

You are absolutely right, it is wise to focus on what is possible rather than worrying too much about what is not possible at the moment.  Because Barca can't win the Champions League if they want to.  But it is possible to win La Liga if you put in the right effort.

Real Madrid has yet to find a replacement for Benzema. Of course this will make the contract with Benzema continue.
