When Asensio broke the Elche's defence to score in the 7th minute of the match, I knew this was going to be one of the easiest matches that Real Madrid would have ever played. And true to that, I wasn't shocked when I watched the 3 more goals roll in. It was very obvious that they were the dominant side.
They had most of the ball possessions, they were mostly in the 18box of the Elche and had most shots on target. I would have loved to see another player take the second penalty shot instead of Benzema or may be the plan was for him to score a hattrick.

I don't see that, because regardless of their conditions they are very different and the victory from Madrid was actually predicted from the start if indeed we look at some of the previous discussions so there is really nothing wrong and it is very naive to say this will be a draw because indeed with the conditions Madrid and Elche are clearly very far apart so it is only natural that this is 3 points for them.

Lol, who predicted about a 0-0 score for the match between Real Madrid v Elche? I really don't believe your statements, because how can they say Real Madrid won't win against a team that is bottom of La Liga?
In fact, even though they don't believe Real Madrid will win big, at least I'm sure they will still say Real Madrid will win even if only by a narrow score. Funny I think, because a statement like that for this match I'm sure it's just an empty statement without any truth.

I don't think that will reduce Barcelona's ambitions in Laliga, they will continue to consistently play Laliga matches until the end of the season, considering that they have lost the chance to win Laliga for the last three seasons.

Benzema had one of his most comfortable games I guess. Because he scored both of his goals by penalties. I don't underestimate penalty taking of course but you know what I mean. He could have made an hat-trick before leaving the field also but he wasted a couple of chances to do so. Elche were trying to defend an area to tighten the penalty area for Real Madrid attackers. But they were horrible at it. The result was expected I think because Elche were the worst team in the league.

Barcelona must focus on finishing what they started and what they are holding now. There was only a destruction by Real Madrid today. They had one of their most dominant games and finished off Elche by 4-0. Elche had better appreciate Real Madrid for not scoring more. Yeah, it was always obvious that Real would win this game, I know that many people act as if they are not entirely sure about it and all that because there could be a shocking result somewhere, but Elche is the worst team in the league, they are relegating for sure and there is no doubt about that, which means that Real Madrid, a team that is chasing the title would be of course able to win this game.

The difference is still a lot though, I mean Barcelona is so much far away from anyone else that even with Real winning this game I do not think that there will be too much of a trouble. I think the best thing to do here would be making sure that they can get away from third place, that's it.

The very striking difference between the two teams indeed places Real Madrid deserving of victory. I agree that the defeat will actually make Real Madrid in big trouble, but they are very confident in finishing off the resistance from Elche. I can't judge realistically when the difference between the teams is so big, I feel it's normal when Real Madrid dominates the whole game.

There is nothing difficult for Real Madrid to beat Elche in that game, and it is clear that Real Madrid's quality is much better than the visitors. I don't know why some people doubted Real Madrid in yesterday's match, but the fact that it was 4-0 is proof that it was not a difficult match for them. However, because Real Madrid managed to win 3 points from Elche, they are only 8 points away from Barcelona who lead the standings. However, Barcelona may not wasting their lead like Arsenal in the Premier League, and I believe Barcelona will secure their first La Liga title since Xavi took over.

Now I think we just have to watch how Barcelona perform in the Europa League instead of just talking about their advantage in La Liga. If Barcelona have the same form in the Europa League then of course they have one more chance to win the title.

Nothing mattered in this match as it ended up being an easy win even at 1.2 odds.
The score was quite striking, even though at the start of the match Madrid had quite a few difficulties but in the end the 4-0 score really became an ornament when the second half whistle sounded.
With this result, there are still 8 points for Madrid in keeping the gap with Barcelona. There are still enough opportunities, it's just that they have to hope that Barcelona will have to destroy their positive record again this time.

There is no easy match as far as La Liga is concerned. I have seen I.19 lose to 8 odds in the same la Liga people say Real Madrid was a lucky side. Yes, Madrid was lucky and that luck was the mechanism of hard work and preparation. U wouldn't tell me that Elche has not been a disturbance to a club in the top standing and I will refer u to their Clash with Villarreal this season.

Barcelona is playing very well in La Liga. Barcelona is 8 points ahead of Real Madrid. Barcelona has lost just one match this season. They are consistently playing well in every match. I think they will want to continue this streak in the Europa League. Xavi aims to win the Europa League title.

Atletico Madrid - Athletic Bilbao can be quite a tough game for the home side.

Because Atletico Madrid are still having problems on scoring goals easily. Maybe they haven't lost a game in the league for many weeks. But it is still not enough to hide the truth that they have scored only 30 goals in 21 games. They need to be more productive than this to have a continuation of this form longer. Athletic Bilbao aren't a team that they can beat very easily. They are more challenging than Celta Vigo. But I still want to give Atletico Madrid a chance for the win by a slight margin.
