Today Barcelona will face Rayo Vallecano. And I think Barcelona should be favored in this fight. And this is another chance for Barcelona to increase their lead at the top of the table. But in the last meeting Barcelona was able to be held to a draw by Rayo. but I doubt Rayo will be able to do it again this time. Do we not all already know Real Madrid? I maen come on we have seen this scenario play out every season. Having a bad match in LaLiga does not necessarily reflect their performance in the UCL or Copa Del Rey. Whenever it seems like Real Madrid is not winning anymore and having troubles inside the white house they prove us wrong. I do believe that they made mistakes in losing some matches in LaLiga and gave Barcelona a good chance to lead the standings but it appears that they are focusing on winning the other trophies. What Ancelotti said in the conferences may be a misleading statement that they are still playing for the LaLiga trophy this year if they really cared more about LaLiga they won’t let Gerona win yesterday.
Copa Del Ray coming in the next 10 days against Osasuna isn’t more important that UCL for Real Madrid. But i believe that it’s an important trophy for them to cover LaLiga failure at least.
