Barcelona vs Real Betis in this match, Barca team won brilliantly. The 5-0 win was truly remarkable, with every player performing brilliantly to win the match. What was important for me in the Madrid derby was the shock defeat suffered by Atletico Madrid this week. I agree that Real Madrid's strength doesn't lie in one player alone, but a player like Benzema adds to their sharpness up front. If we look at it now, most of their goals come not from strikers, but rather their midfielders. On the one hand that's good for them because they can create goals from many players, on the other hand it's a weakness because after all they have to have a player who can make a difference, especially if that player is a striker. Of course it is an advantage if they have such a player on the front line. It can be seen from Napoli who have Osimhen, also Manchester City who have a Haaland.

That just means that they need to get another player, which they didn't to be fair. The logic of "we do not rely on just a single player" means that Benzema could leave and they could get someone else and still be fine. Look at City, they lost Ilkay, who was the captain for the team for a while, and they got Kovacic instead and they are still doing fine.

Because one player leaving doesn't ruin the club as long as you replace that player, even if not with a world star, someone who can do something similar. Whereas Real Madrid didn't do that, they used to have Benzema, and now they have... Joselu? I mean that doesn't make sense, I am not saying go get Mbappe right now, but they needed a pure striker that could help.

You are right, Real Madrid is the most successful team in La Liga based on history. But maybe you need to realize that 25/35 of the titles won by Real Madrid so far occurred between the 1931-1932 and 1989-1990 seasons. This means that Real Madrid has only won 10 of its 35 titles in the last 33 seasons, while Barcelona is the team that has dominated La Liga the most in the last 3 decades with 17 titles.

So if you think Real Madrid is the better team in La Liga in the last 10 seasons, then you are certainly wrong because in fact it is Barcelona who deserves this achievement with 5 titles while Real Madrid only has 3 titles. With a record of titles in the last 33 seasons, it is clear that Barcelona is the most successful team in La Liga so far.

At the moment Real Madrid can't really have a player to replace the position left by Benzema but at least for the start of this season Real Madrid has Bellingham who can be used as a goal machine and at least help cover the void on the front due to Benzema departure.
Regarding Mbappe there is no real certainty about what he will be like in the future but if Real Madrid can bring him into the squad there is a big possibility that Mbappe can become a replacement figure for Benzema and could even be even better.

Real Madrid has won all five of its games so far in the fifth week of the LaLiga standings, earning 15 points without a loss or draw, while Barcelona has played five games, won four of them, and drawn one (13 points). There are still plenty of games left in the 2023–2024 LaLiga season, therefore it's impossible to determine which team(Barcelona or Real Madrid) will win the 2023/2024 Laliga trophy. Real Madrid has won the LaLiga title for the 35th time, whereas Barcelona has won it for the 27th time, making Real Madrid the more successful team in the Laliga league. Although Real Madrid last won the LaLiga trophy last two seasons(2021/2022). Barcelona was the team that won it last season(2022/2023). 

The rivalry between these two clubs in the competition for the title in Laliga is always an interesting thing to discuss. Because the two of them always compete fiercely. Last season Real Madrid led the standings. But then Barcelona overtook him. And maybe this season the same thing will happen. It's just that Real Madrid's current performance, even without Benzema, looks more convincing. But on the one hand, Barcelona is the same.
