Looking on current La Liga standings position unbelievable with Girona success managed top standings position behind one points and two points left from Real Madrid and Barcelona. Got draw against Real Mallorca make Barcelona have loss top position standings and Real Madrid victory against Las Palmas make them move up to 2nd standings place. Have interested with upcoming match between Girona vs Real Madrid and the winner has chance lead top position until upcoming next match. I am excited with Girona performance in La Liga, they have won 6 of 7 matches and most impressive success scored 18 goals than Real Madrid with 13 goals from 7 matches.

How long Girona on consistency performance and lead top standings position? after facing Real Madrid they have weakness opponent teams and great opportunity for getting three points to secure top position standings.

Girona's performance surprised everyone, I wish they could continue playing like this throughout the season but I don't think they can continue like this. They will probably lose their leadership within a few weeks. Generally, teams like this, which start well in the first weeks of the season, start losing points within a month or two.
Their motivation is high now, but after losing a few points their performance may start to decline

Girona is the surprise team in Laliga this season because the positive results they have achieved in every match have made them the leaders of the standings. I'm sure their players are quite happy, even this is like a big dream for them. But yes, they must be able to maintain their consistency throughout the season if they want to win the title or close the season in the top 4.

Indeed, Girona strength will be tested when they face big teams such as Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid. If they are able to achieve maximum results, let's say a draw, then they will be like a wizard team this season because they can beat two big teams like Real Madrid or Barcelona. Real Madrid is trying to fight back after defeat against city rivals, and they are doing their best for staying at the top, but Girona is surely not easy opponent because their attack is impressive which is allowing this team for having impressive start of this season and enjoying this spot as well for the time being.

Girona's victory over Villarreal which ensured that they would be at the top of the La Lig standings was quite impressive because Girona was 1 goal behind and then they turned things around and won the match, and in that match it was clear that the performance and mentality of the Girona team was quite good so the Girona team Currently being able to perform well and consistently is not just a coincidence but this is the real Girona team this season and they are now a team to be afraid of.
To face Real Madrid in the next match, I don't think the Real Madrid team can relax after seeing Girona's performance in the last few matches, especially since this match will be played at Girona's home ground, so I think it is very likely that Girona can win points.

Real Madrid is a very experienced and strong club no doubt.  Their coach ancelotti is also very experienced. Even though the Madrid squad is relatively weak this season, the team has been consistently performing very well. Ancelotti has developed a match strategy with only two streakers, Joselu and Rodrygo. However, Madrid have been able to continue to perform consistently well. But if we only consider this season's performance, we don't have to accept that Girona's performance is in no way weaker than Real Madrid's. Girona's attack is very strong. And the team has maintained continuity. I would say if Girona's attack can play well like in the last match then Girona has a chance to score points in this match.

Real madrid got another chance now. Real Madrid have finally managed to overtake Barcelona in 2nd position with Girona expected to be overtaken very soon.  Another chance for Real Madrid in the next match, if they win that match they can reach the 1st position.  Real Madrid is a really smart team.  Real madrid has been top in la liga series before and I think it will be top in future because real madrid has that quality.

Sevilla in the last two seasons are very unstable as they go from bad to good very quickly. Last season, they had very bad first half but after the World Cup 2022 break, they came back strongly in a second half of season and exit relegation zone in La Liga as well as won Europa League by beating some strong opponents in Europe.

They started this season in La Liga very bad but with this big win against Almeria, they again wanted to prove that they are still a big club in Spain and have good players to beat Spanish clubs. They only need to get their good form back and playing well as they are capable to play well with player resource they have.

I wouldn’t say that Sevilla improved their performance much last season - in the end they only finished in 12th place (by the way, they are still in 12th place with such mega unfortunate results), the only thing that “saved” the season for them was victory in the Europa League. By the way, it’s interesting that they have a fairly easy group in the Champions League and they are obliged to take at least third place there and then they will get into the Europa League again and the cycle that we have already seen may repeat again

They are investigating the office of the referees committee as one of the steps of the investigation into alleged corruption of Barcelona's acting officials' payments. The Spanish Civil Guard searched the headquarters of Spain's Referees' Technical Committee (CTA) on Thursday. UEFA is also investigating the case. Barcelona allegedly paid 8.4 million euros to Negreira and the Dasnil 95 company.

The look of the standings is really interesting right now. Because Girona are the leader.    They managed to beat Villarreal away as well lastly and this helped them maintain their lead. Such a dedication really as they managed to make a comeback despite Villarreal's getting 1-0 ahead home first.

However I don't know how much they can resist against teams like Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid. If they managed to get some good amount of points even from this toughest games then I will be really curious about their potential placement at the end of the season.  

Girona really prepared for this season to take over Real Madrid and Barcelona position in the la Liga league table, because they refuse to allow any teams to defeat them in this new season. Based on what Girona players are displaying in this season, I think it will take Barcelona and Real Madrid a long time before they can take over this position back from Girona, because they have solid defenders and midfielders in this season which is their back bone for this tournament. I know,  it will not going to be easy for Girona to win the la Liga league title but they will definitely struggle for second or third position but their coach is doing a great job which everybody can see from their starting in this tournament.

I thought it would be a tough battle between Real Madrid and Barcelona this season and that either of these two teams would always occupy the top position in the points table, I for once did not think that Girona were going to secure the top position in the points table. In La Liga I always think of Barcelona Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid. I had no idea that other teams would do well outside of these three teams. However, we want either Real Madrid or Barcelona to top the points table, hoping that either of these two teams will once again secure the top spot in the points table.

yes i agree with you because they are really very strong team. Real madrid was under a lot of pressure in this la liga first and barcelona did better than them but now real madrid has overtaken barcelona in points and also able to develop better in their game performance. José Luis Mendilibar is experienced and knows what he wants, he strives for better results for his team. Sevilla are inconsistent and unpredictable in league games, this match they will lose, the next game they win, another events that will surprised everyone is Sevilla lifting the Europa trophy. I wouldn't say they're lucky, rather they channel all their energy to where they feels matters, afterall there's no point competing with elite clubs like Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid for the La Liga title because these clubs are always favorites.

Wow, if this is really happen, then I'm sure the punishment will be very severe for Barcelona. But yes, I'm surprised about an incident like this because after all, basically Barcelona is a big team with lots of talented players. But why, it looks like Barcelona will be identified as cheating and clearly, this case will really hurt football itself. Because after all, we still don't know about the time, when and how long and in what matches Barcelona cheated. Honestly, I'm sure of course this will be a very big case.

Carlo Ancelotti is a very experienced football manager and he demonstrated once again how tactically rich he is with his ideas yesterday with the changes he made in that win against Las Palmas. Omitting the club's best player since the start of the season in the person of Jude Bellingham and still got all three points from the game tells of his how good he is.
Good to see that Vinicius Jnr is back to action again after being sidelined with injury and surely his return will further strengthen the team and result going forward.

The game between Osasuna and Atletico Madrid to night is going to be another thrill in laliga as Atletico just got a win recently and would want to keep the records  although they are not at home they will be hosted by osasuna but then it's a game that they must put in their best to get a possible win as osasuna is not a possible good fit against Atletico Madrid.

Osasuna have a very poor record as they have also lost a game at home this season and had only a single win so far. Over the weekend they also had a draw with Sevilla at home show how weak they could be, so it's very possible Atletico in all it's form could get a win against osasuna in their home this evening not minding the advantage.

Atletico Madrid happens to be at the seventh position on the table with only ten points and osasun have seven points so they are more like a win away from Athletico Madrid. In the last five games, Atletico Madrid has won three lost one and drew one. A fair result to be reconciled with and they have aswell not lost any game at home this season.

I don't think Osasuna, who has never beaten Atletico Madrid for years, will defend the Madrid attack much in this match. If they win, Osasuna will be very relieved in terms of points.

They've suprisenly got this far but I don't think they'll be league contender this season, gradually when the league gets more tougher they'll begin to decline in both form and position due to fatigue and quality squad depth, they didn't invest much on quality players that could help them through the season so I don't think they might survive for a very long time,however they've been very impressive so far and I'm suprised at their performance this season,  cause they've won 6 games out of 7 and are currently the league leaders with a point ahead of Realmadrid and Barcelona.

 Realmadrid suffered a defeat in their debut match against  Atletico Madrid and that was their 1st defeat so far but yesterday they won 2-0 against  Las Palmas and their next match would be against Girona on Saturday away from home, i don't think they'll like to take any chances or drop any points again, though Girona are in very good form this season Realmadrid are definitely the favourites to win the match.

It's true that I agree that Real Madrid has had a little difficulty winning games this season, several of their key players suffered injuries at the start of the season being the main factor. However, now that Vinicius is available again, the Los Blancos squad will have additional energy on the wings and not be completely dependent on Bellingham. As we know, Madrid really needs an ideal number nine, maybe it will come true in January when the transfer window opens.

But I think otherwise for Madrid next match against Girona, I'm pretty sure Ancelotti squad can beat Girona. Maybe this is the time for Girona to experience their first defeat of the season, it's true that Girona has an unbeaten record and is at the top of the standings at the moment, I think it's natural because they haven't met a tougher team. But Madrid is a nightmare for them, we'll see how the match goes.
