In Several seasons ago I didn't like El Classico because of the different qualities where one team was stronger and the other team was weaker. This happened after the Messi-Ronaldo era. But this season El Classico is one of the matches that I am really looking forward to because both teams are in their best form and both also have equal quality. Real Madrid were slightly better and they only conceded 6 goals compared to Barca who conceded 10 goals. This shows that Madrid has a very good defense which of course is a homework for Xavi to dismantle Madrid's defense.

The El Classico match is still a long way off and everyone can see how the two teams will perform before they meet this season. Apart from Barcelona having to be able to dismantle Real Madrid's defense when they meet in a match, Real Madrid themselves also have to make their front line stronger before Madrid plays Barcelona this season. Because so far Ancelotti is still trying to change Real Madrid's front line so that it can be better so that Real Madrid can continue to win in La Liga this season.

Modric's quality is very good. 

No doubt, Modric, even though he is no longer young, is a player that Rea Madrid really needs at the moment. Luka Modric is 38 years old and I think his time is about run out at Real Madrid by this season. I don't think there will be another extension of contract with him. Don't get me wrong. He is still playing really decently despite his age. However as long as he continues to be a part of the starting eleven it becomes a hindrance for younger talents to find more chances.

I think you have a point, especially since Xavi manages Barcelona. Xavi understands what his team needs to win El Clasico and that has inspired the team to win it more often. The first El Clasico match was played at Barcelona's home ground, that's something that might give them the lead even though it's still possible that Barcelona won't be able to play all their best players.

Real Madrid is dangerous not because of Bellingham and Vinicius, but players like Valverde and Kross can also have a positive impact on the game. But before the El Clasico match, Real Madrid and Barcelona will play two other matches in two different competitions. El Clasico is very crucial match despite without Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, I blame with many people still said not interested with El Clasico match after Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo departure from La Liga competition. Before both players are popular, el clasico have been interested and there are not problem have Messi and Ronaldo keep make more attention with El Clasico match. Its great rival between Barcelona and Real Madrid in La Liga always more interested with el Clasico match despite there are not Lionel Messi with Barcelona and Cristiano Ronaldo for Real Madrid, exactly Madrid have leaves by Ronaldo last several years and they got many tittles and seems there are not really important when have one player leave club because still have other player will replace his position.

Even though Modric is getting older, he can still play very well. Many football players come to the point of quitting football when they reach that age, but Modric is still trying to continue in a team like Real Madrid.

I cannot even imagine how the Madrid midfield will look like with the absence of luka Modric and Toni kroos. Even though Madrid may shop for their replacement, those person's cannot be effective as the duo. Modric gets better with each passing day, just like fine whine. Age doesn't even tell on him a bit, he still plays full 90 minutes for the los Blancos side. Though Carlos ancelotti is trying to groom in some youngsters to play along with Modric for now, so that with time, they can fit in.

Fredico Valverde has seen lesser games played this season. That was actually since the British Man Jude Bellingham got signed up for Real Madrid. He has been up and going regardless when called upon in the squad.

We've seen the potentials of all these players, Camavinga and Tchouameni. They have both been brilliant in midfied for Real Madrid.
Though, we're yet to see that of  Arda Guler. I read Luka Modric saying good tidings about the youngin, he could be the replacement for Luka Modric finally.

Madrid have invested in great midfielder's, now it's time they move focus towards bringing in strikers who can serve and work well with these midfielder's.

Watching the league and the national team, he is playing a lot like a defensive midfielder late in his career, that allows him to be around for the defense, as much as he can defend of course with his age, but also he is the one that gets the ball from the defenders and start the attack, that allows him to be the playmaker sort of speaking. That is not a bad idea, that actually helps both teams to utilize him at his old age. It is not all that easy for him to attack and score or assist, but he could definitely do a hockey assist and just get the ball rolling.

I still think that he should retire at the end of the season, or at least shouldn't be at Real Madrid anymore, he could maybe go to Saudi Arabia or something, he would be amazing there for a few more years, but that dude is 38 years old, he is already quite old, I do not know how much football is left in him anymore and I am feeling like it must be not a lot of it, so it wouldn't be weird if he retired.
