Another loss by Girona last night. Honestly their performance was really inadequate. 0.40 xG in the whole game is really poor statistics. At least they managed to keep Real Sociedad at their level as well. But this two-point loss can cost Girona really a lot in the title competition with Real Madrid. Real Madrid technically have one of the most challenging games of the season ahead today. They are playing against Atletico Madrid tonight. But as it is at Santiago Bernabeu Real Madrid are still in an advantageous situation. The head-to-heads between them so far have been really thrilling. I expect Real Madrid to have revenge on the result of the Copa del Rey game. 

It's possible to happen but im still doubting the performance from real madrid against atletico madrid. I meant that if the real madrid is very strong but i just see that if atletico madrid has always become the major weakness for real madrid. it's caused by these clubs are always performing very well once it was against real madrid.
I do agree with you if rela mdrid must do revenge against atletico madrid caused by it has been destroyed in the copa del rey. Winning against real madrid will also help club to add more points to be far away from girona which was getting draw in the previous game.
Im seeing this as golden chance to lead the competition till the end of season. Let's imagine that if real madrid will able to win against atletico madrid and girona. There will be at least 7 points gap to the girona which will make real madrid's position to get la liga becomes much easier.
The club needs to use everything to get perfect result from these matches. There will be so many interesting matches to come today. Im feeling so damn good with this. I think that real madrid's chance to get trophy is very big.
