So if Barcelona can't strengthen their squad then Barcelona have no chance of winning the title. Next season we may see poor and erratic performances from Barcelona.

The relegation situation of La Liga has already been settled. The teams that are in the relegation zone are definitely going to get relegated. Now there is no chance for them to actually avoid relegation even though one match is left.
