Girona did exactly what I expected from them which is mercilessly beating Granada using their home advantage and their goal scoring prowess. Despite that this win does not mean anything for them since they are already bound to remain in third position, the match gave them the opportunity to score as many goals as they possibly can. If Almeria only draws against Cadiz then they will be the relegated team with the fewest wins because Cordoba in the 2014-2015 season was able to win 3 times in one season.

Actually, from the beginning we couldn't expect much. Last season they were in the border zone because there was only 1 level above the relegation zone line and this season they could not compete further because of their stuck performance from season to season even indeed for this season they can be said to be much worse than the previous season.
2 wins from a total of all matches this season is definitely a bit annoying and when compared to other major competitions at the moment they are the worst with Salernitana in Serie A because they only managed to get 2 wins from a total of 37 matches at the moment.

You're right regarding Barcelona's issues causing Xavi's departure. He was clearly not supported financially by management, especially Laporta. That conflict hinders a coach's ability to construct a squad his way, which is crucial for long-term success. The addition of Flick is a departure. Xavi has great potential.
