Wow, this was a pretty quick dismissal. Previously, Barcelona was still trying to keep Xavi from remaining Barcelona coach until finally a few minutes later Barcelona management fired Xavi. Hopefully this is a very good step for Barcelona to win in the several leagues they participate in. As we can see, the Barcelona president doubts Xavi so he doesn't want to stay in the bottom position for too long and Barcelona also has to get up with a new coach. Xavi has calmed down and is not too worried about the strategy that Barcelona should use against Real Madrid, which has many great players this season.

I'm still surprised that Barcelona president decided to sack Xavi Hernandez in order to sign Hansi Flick as his replacement while expecting the club to perform better under their recently appointed manager. There's no doubt to the fact that Hansi Flick is a great manager that's achieved great football records as a manager but when you look at the current Barcelona squad, you'll understand that majority of the players there are young players who aren't well experienced in football and for them to live to their full potentials, they definitely need a manager that understands them which o think Xavi Hernandez is the perfect man.
Barcelona is currently not financially strong and can't sign quality players so I think their current manager Hansi Flick will struggle to excel with the current squad. Real Madrid isn't just the strongest Spanish team at the moment but all the best in Europe and recently signed Kylian Mbappe to the club so I don't think there's any hope for Barcelona to win any trophy next season ahead of Real Madrid

something we don't know at the moment regarding Barcelona choosing to fire Xavi and bring in Hansi Flick as his replacement, but we all know that Barcelona is one of the popular teams that always has good plans for the future and maybe it's too early for us to speculate about what it will be like when Hansi Flick have to compete with big teams like Madrid but what is certain is that at least Barcelona will definitely succeed in getting a top 3 ranking in La Liga even though they will fail in the UCL.
from what I see, it seems like Barcelona chose Hansi Flick as Xavi replacement coach, apparently because Barcelona couldn't afford to pay Xavi a bigger salary.

Laporta is also aware of how much more difficult their job is going to be against Real Madrid after the Mbappe signing. They were already struggling considering the most recent season. But from now on even a tougher work is waiting for Hansi Flick compared to Xavi's times. Maybe I said before I don't know but I don't expect Mbappe to have much problem on adapting to Real Madrid.  

He is already among superstar players and this kind of players are the best with dealing with such changes. Yeah maybe Messi needed some time at PSG but after that he continued to perform impressively there as well.
