Obviously many people had high expectation of Real Madrid in the opening match of the La Liga. I was not actually moved and I didn't also predict that Real Madrid will go home without a point. Of course, most people were curious with Real Madrid first match in La Liga. People want to see how Mbappe can bring significant impact for Real Madrid. We all have thought that with the arrival of kylian mbappé, read Madrid will be scoring an average of three goals every match. But in reality football is not like that. If Real Madrid is unable to beat Mallorca, it's there for me that they are not ready to beat any other club in the La Liga if you measure it verbatim. I believe that Real Madrid will recover from this of course and I still think that they will win, but they need to focus on the front trio to play better together, right now they are playing positionless and that is causing some issues. Honestly, it’ll take a lot from Ancelotti to blend this team I watched against Mallorca. They don’t look like they want to play together.

I think the only thing that seems to be lacking from Ancelotti current squad is an assist provider, like Kroos in the past. Having a number of players in one front line with a more dominant attacking style, must be balanced with a reliable playmaker, Modric is too old to be relied on in every match. While the other players, are still learning a lot to reach the level of Modric and Kroos, I assume that is Madrid current concern. However, thanks to the individual skills of the players who are above average, such things can be covered, but in the long term it must be overcome.

Meanwhile, Ancelotti is very experienced in facing every challenge, and overcoming every deficiency in the team very well, it seems quite easy for him to unite the egos of the players. I don't think lack of chances was the issue with Lewandoski last season, because at the end of the La liga season if you look at the stats you'll see that Barcelona is the team that created the most chances and Lewandoski is the player in the league that missed the most chances. I think it was just due to the system of play and him not realising that he's not as young, fast and sharp as he used to be, so instead of mostly poaching in the box or around the box he still wants to be involved in the build-up play.

With Olmo in, they'll see some active chances from the middle. I have seen recent news of IIkay Gundogan wanting to leave Barcelona for Manchester City, could this be because Barcelona are finding it difficult to register their new players. With Olmo, he would play on the left wing which is not his normal position but he can do that well. I don't think Olmo is a player I would be excited about because as much as he's good, he's inconsistent and he's injury prone. I doubt he's going to be top-class in every game of the season if he doesn't get injured. Barcelona already have injury-prone players like Pedri and Frenkie in midfield, adding Olmo and selling Gundugan is not ideal.

Regarding Gunduga, there is news coming out that he will not be in the coaches' plans. That's understandable because he doesn't press, and he is not defensively conscious, but although Gundugan is a player I would like to remain at Barcelona, I think the team will be fine without him.

Arajuo is one player Barcelona should sell though, he is not a typical Barcelona kind of player.

They have no choice and once a club has no too many options , they will begin to make some irrational decisions. Though, I don't think Flick really want him on his team as a priority and since he's not part of Flicks plan the club have to just let him go because of his pay, I mean it can cover a lot (I guess that's what they're probably thinking).

I too had predicted it to be an easy win for Real Madrid. Football is exciting and anything can happen on those 90 minutes and making bets are always risky but considering how well Real Madrid has played and how Mallorca's performance had been, it was not hard to believe they are too different from each other. I think it's the only solution for Barcelona. They can't register Olmo in the squad. Letting Gundogan leave for free will cut their wages. Then, they can register Olmo with La Liga.

I think we are overreacting over here. Because this was Real Madrid’s first match with the new lineup and it is okay to draw.
