It's very disappointing to see Mbappé's performance. Especially, when He lay on the pitch after he missed Modrić's pass. He hasn't looked like the best in the world in months since he came to Madrid. I cannot agree with you. Mbappe is an excellent scorer. And he has the ability to score a lot of goals. However, Mbappe is still unable to adapt to La League. Adapting to a completely new environment, players and new match tactics is indeed a daunting task. So Mbappe should be given more time. We still see mistakes made by Mbappe in almost every match. I was happy when Real Madrid won against Villareal but if it had to be paid for with Dani Carvajal's injury it didn't seem worth it even though he is a very important player for Real Madrid to guard the defense tightly but if he is absent this will definitely be a headache for Carlo Anceloti because he has to think hard to find a replacement.
