Barcelona are in a tender spot if they make up their mind to defend and finish the game in the same score as they go into the second half of the Semi-finals. Atletico Madrid are losing the only opportunity they can get to make good use of satisfying their fans with a trophy, a very bad season for them if they don't equalize and qualify for the next final. Barcelona is just the perfect team, three trophies are all lined up for them, can't wait to see how many they end up winning for this season.

Atletico Madrid are also try to package their self cover up their performance so that they can able catch up Barcelona from the top of the standings, but they still have long journey ahead. Because currently now Barcelona is leading the top of the with 66 points ahead.

And Atletico are still battling to covered the the 60 points, but I don’t even have much hope for them Real Madrid have more chances more them, because Barcelona only ahead of the Real Madrid with just three points which possibly in their next match they might share a points with Barcelona.

This season Barcelona performance looks greatfull in some leagues, but not mean that they can able finish up by winning all the trophies; the main trophy that I was even having hope for them is this La Liga and I can see that Real are tight up more of their belt, so that they can dominate the trophy.

Atletico Madrid will try to win the match since it is playing at home. They will try to protect the advantage they have gained away by also gaining the advantage of the crowd. Scoring four goals against Barcelona is a very difficult task and Atletico did it away. This is a great achievement. The way Real Madrid performed against Real Sociedad yesterday. Barcelona and Atletico Madrid both would be a tough competitor for Real Madrid but one of them would be eliminated today. The last leg played in Barcelona was mostly dominated by Barcelona but their defense failed to perform specially in the last 10 minutes. Barcelona went from 0-2 to 4-2 and lost the advantage in last minutes. If Barcelona focuses on defense and make them more agile, they could win over Atletico today and Barcelona would have better chances against Real Madrid in finals as compared to Atletico Madrid.

If Barcelona do well, they will win the match today. The match is about to end already; they have managed to score 1 goal, and it seems this is the only goal they can score in this match. The match will be ending soon; anything can happen. It is just 1 goal that Barcelona scored; they need to be careful.

Football always does its wonders, and that is why I’m still saying they should be careful. Even in the extra time of the match, Atlético Madrid can make things turn around for Barcelona, but I’m sure Barcelona will not make any wrong move because they already know this may be the only goal they will score.

The only scenario I saw happening in the semifinal games is that both matches switched results between first and second leg.
Real Madrid won by one goal to nothing in the first leg and got a draw with four goals for each team which is exactly happened between Barcelona and Atletico Madrid if we switch first and second leg results for Real Madrid and Real Sociedad.
Real Sociedad made Real Madrid suffering in this game and I think it would be a good opportunity for them to think again and take lessons before UEFA Champions League game and the final of Copa del Rey..

That offside goal from sorloth could have changed everything; it was part of Barce  their game strategy, though, and it helped them once again tonight. I felt mr flick should have subbed off Balde earlier, as he was hindering the game somewhat. Their overall second-half performance was average, imo , and rather b3ring, with so many fouls and yellow cards. At least we'll get to watch another extra  El classico maybe even 3

Barcelona's poor financial decisions over the years is what is currently hunting them but instead of accepting their past mistakes and proffer a lasting solution to it, the club president Laporta is trying to make us believe that the club is being targeted by La Liga executives. They have the option of selling off expensive players like Frenkie De Jong so they can avoid financial fail play issues but no, they want to eat their cakes and still have it.

You're right, they just want people to feel as though the league is actually targeting them and of course some gullible fans will say it's Real Madrid that's doing it. They forgot so quickly that Barcelona over the decades has used their money in bribing few refs and giving some of their previous players bumper deals that will eventually affect them some years after. As at then they had the money but the management at that time misused those funds and now they are suffering it.

Since these allegations have been made, not one single proof has been brought forward. Different football organisations like UEFA, La Liga and REFE, but all of them said there is no proof, and the case got dismissed from court, but somehow, you still believe the baseless allegations. It was surprising how Atletico Madrid attacked and played well in the first leg of this tie away from and decided to do what they did today in front of their own fans. At least the fact that. Barcelona outplayed them in the first leg, they scored 4 goals in the process. Today in front of their fans, they decided not to be totally outplayed like the last time but made no attempt on goal. Anytime I see fixtures in any final between Madrid and Barcelona, I used to be happy because that’s where we can know who is better among them because both the teams are claiming to be strong enough to defeat the other, therefore, the final match will be used to determine who has the better team this season and which team have the quality players in their squad, and the fans will be certified even though they don’t agree with each others always.

The way these two teams are developing themselves in all competitions is very interesting, they don’t give room for weakness or laziness among their players that is why their players are always serious. They are also fighting to meet each others in the Champions League final because they are all in good shape to defeat almost all the teams in their rather that will lead them to the finals of the Champions League.

For Atletico Madrid, this is one of the worst outings this season although they have shown a lot of indications and zeel for positive records earlier in the season, at some point, they lost that seemed to keep that trend and has resulted in their current state of the club and just like Manchester United suffered last time in the premier and still suffer in the championship it killing to see this level of downgrading for both clubs almost same goal defeats for Manchester United in the premier and now Atletico Madrid although, atletico Madrid faced a stronger club like Barcelona in this match in the Spanish league.

Absolutely agreed. Real Madrid's defence suck!!!! I saw so many creativity. I also feel amaze when Vini did something that absolutely fantastic by made two Sociedad players acted like circus. However, fucking disappointed with how garabge their defense. They need to overhaul their defense.
