Even with a win, they woudls till be 6 points behind Barca , that is if Barca loses tonight with Getafe!
To deny them the title would have meant that they were actually on a path to win it,  not even RM thought they still had a chance at it.
Even with an RM win, even with  Barca loss against Real Madrid next time, a Barcelona loss with Getafe and RM would still need to catch up 3 extra points.

The players listed above could actually create a dangerous match if they realized their complementarity and teamwork, given their speed, creativity, technique, and attacking instincts. I will keep saying it that all Madrid needs is a good and experienced coach that fits the club and can bring out the best in the players. I do not believe in "the team is not successful because there are too many stars in the team". Madrid has always been the team to start with. It is what they are known for. It's like their identity. They built teams that were called "Galacticos". In English, this simply means "Superstars". So it's nothing new. Too many stars only become a problem when they are all fighting for the same positions, but this is not teh case with Madrid.
This team has build two galacticos era since the 2000s. They had the first era around 2000-2005 and the second era was 2009. When they had Ronaldo, Benzema, Di Maria, Ozil, Ramos, Pepe, Higuain, Khedira, Casilla and so much more talents.

back then, I still remember how people where sayiing they were not succesful because they had too much starts. I believed it then too because I was younger then and understood football differntly. Mounrinho counldnt bring out the best in the team. The stars in the team had nothing to do with it.
These were almost the same set of player Carlo used to win the UCL when he joined the team. He left, benitez took over but couldn't handle the team and was fired mid season before they hired Zidane. The team still had starts and one of the most iconic attack in football history and won the UCL three times in a row.

People think manageing clubs like Madrid is easy because they have quality players but it is one of the most difficult coaching jobs in football. There is more expectation and pressure. Don't fall for the misconception when people say "If I was the manager of Madrid I will do well with all those players".
What Madrid needs now is not to sell any of Belligham, Mbappe or Vinicius. They can all work together, but it has to be under a coach that knows what he's doing and commands respect. I don't know who that coach is because it's not my job to look for one, but we will all see teh difference when we see one. I said the same thing about Man United and we can see it now.

Yes, that's absolutely correct, they went 1-0 before they equalized, which their 2 points dropped again, which completely agreed with you that this season its done for Real Madrid, because Barca has already taken the championship and also you might be right about the game management, which seems their coach is not putting enough effort to lead the teams to the winning point, and also the club itself fails to fix themselves. Which game is all about, unity, talent and right mentality which helps to survive during competition.

Their chances of picking up points from this match are high. I don’t think Getafe will lose to Barcelona, of course the likelihood of a defeat is higher, but that is why I have made this prediction. As most of Barcelona’s remaining matches are against teams in the relegation zone, the likelihood of them dropping points is high. Of course, Real Madrid are in the same situation, but if they lose to Barcelona, the league is effectively over for them.

I don't think next year will be like this. Real Madrid will prepare very well for next year. They will get a new coach, and with this coach, they will again be one of the favorites in the Spanish league. However, Barcelona shouldn't fall behind in this preparation. Barcelona also needs to make transfers in order to continue competing with Real Madrid.

Real madrid really need to change this current manager Arbeloa if they want to perform better next season, because with how madrid are playing this season I don't think they can improve with this manager they need more experience coach that can have more discipline and Klopp will be the best coach for real madrid next season. Next season Barcelona should try and buy new players if they what to win more trophies like champions league next season. They lack a good striker that can be able to score goals. Lewandowski need to leave Barcelona, I don't think is helping the club anymore.

It's not The first time Real Madrid are going trophyless, but making it look as if because of the kind of players they have, they are beyond going trophyless then that will be amounting to putting too much pressure on the players. We've seen this guy's win both their domestic league and champions league, but if they are not doing it this time, it doesn't mean they cannot do it next time, trophy winning is not exclusively a permanent seat for Madrid players alone.

Madrid could not win the title in the previous season. But their point gap with barcelona was only 4. If Barcelona can win against getafe today, then they will be ahead of madrid by 11 points. Real Madrid created a lot of chances but couldn't convert them to goals but thanks to Vinicius goal. I'm so disappointed as Real Madrid failed to defend their one goal lead against Real Betis, which in my opinion I feel this has completely removed Real Madrid from the laliga title race.

Players are basically blaming each other for mistakes instead of getting together and trying to fix what is wrong. And this means this team could never fix any of the issues unless you make some changes. Rodrygo has been on the outs for a year now anyways, Since Ancelotti left, he has been not so much used.

Arda has been decent but not liked by neither the team mates nor the managers and consistently given less minutes and even when playing good, taken out, and the last one is Vini, while he is great that's for sure he just plays at left wing which they need for Mbappe because it's clear that even though Mbappe is asked to play at striker he still moves to left and crowds that place. Real Madrid players were able to  attack a lot. But they scored only one goal in the entire match. Their attacks  were strong but the finishing was  weak. We all know that Real Madrid can't win that league, they have been in denial for a month now but the real ones know that they can't win the league even if the floor is open for them. Betis made it open for them and they lose it and now that Barcelona has secured another point to make it 11 point, Real Madrid should go and rest. You can see that the club is announcing that many of the players are injured, they didn't do that all this whole not to look weak.

Barcelona has some players that are not even fit but look at how they finish their game today with Getafe, it was a home game for Getafe yet Barcelona delivered the polling unit but this same Getafe went to Bernabeu and they won Real Madrid. There are different level to what Barcelona can do that Real Madrid can't do this season. They should go back to where they got it wrong and do the necessary against next season.

Do you think it's a coincidence? For someone that is a list of champions, for me it's a list of primadonnas. I don't remember seeing so much drama between players like it happened during these last years with Real Madrid. And we can go back even more in time, when even Benzema was complaining about Vinicius.

The internal conflict within the madrid squad has reached its peak at the moment. We have never seen anything like this in the past. Madrid has always been full of star  players. But they have never faced such problems in the past. The most important  players in the squad, Vini and Mbappe, do not have a good  relationship. Both want to be the main players in the  squad. And they prioritize individual performance over good team play. And this is also one of  the serious problems in the Madrid squad. To solve these problems, Madrid first needs an experienced manager.

I would say they DID have similar situation before, and then fixed it with a proper manager. Nobody remembers this, but back when they were battling Barcelona, and even had Ronaldo and other great players, they did not win everything all at once, while they had good years, they had some bad years as well, and the egos clashed a lot during that team.

But in the end, when they were playing, Zidane showed up, and that team suddenly became a team that won 3 UCL in a row, a thing that nobody has achieved for over 50 years. So it does matter to have a decent manager.

Madrid is a bad team with good players. Despite having good players, they couldn't do anything, it's very disappointing for every fan. Personally, I'm not a Madrid supporter, I've always been a Barcelona fan, but it's really surprising and funny that a team like Madrid, despite having very good players, is in such a terrible state. Especially seeing their performance in yesterday's match, I'm really in a bad mood, their performance in the second half was very bad and chaotic. So all in all, all hope from them is over.
