Well there’s a question in past if ethereum can even reached $100 but to everyone’s surprise in the early of 2018 ethereum hits $1,500 so what more the $4,000 in future?if bitcoin took the $20,000 almost then why not ETH?

After bitcoin halving in 2020 don't be surprised if ETH hits 4000$ before 2021,this are the reasons why i think its possible

1. The teams are willing to try out new things with the project,many projects that have already achieved what ETH have ends up surrendering but ETH teams are not showing sign of stopping

2. I cant say more about the ETH2.0 upgrade but the POS implementation will make it worthwhile,the reason why i invested in some POS coins is to use the gains to sustain and get many daily needs till the day when holding them will pay off big,the POS will make many investors want to hold ETH for long term ultimately will leads to more adoption

These are good reasons but why should the success or improvement of bitcoin be a reason for Ethereum to soar in this period when there isn't a direct relationship to encourage Eth price to rise?? If you said something like Eth devs considering a fork maybe that would count like the ETH2.0 but talking bitcoin in affairs of Ethereum no can do.

 And talking of the 4000 dollars prediction, isn't this being too confident considering this beats the all time high by a huge margin,and the fact that the crypto market isn't volatile, I honestly don't think this will happen!

It is not a simple task to achieve such a high market cap when there is no FOMO about ICOs and people are in big fear about the future of ETH. It need to resolve the problem which they promised and it is still finding the way to achieve its promise but I think it will happen when BTC would reach $1M.

As mentioned, there is a big fear of missing out among the cryptocurrency users who don't get into complicated calculations. They just buy and hold, so that can profit when the price increases. To the expectation people invested even when the price is high. Further on there is no growth, the value began to decline. Once again the market will grow big and for the same we need to hold for months and years. The market peaked when ethereum gave strong competence to bitcoin. Now ethereum is far beyond bitcoin.

Sure it's possible, quite unlikely but possible. I imagine bitcoin would have to hit $100k USD valuation for that to even be talked about realistically.

With the current situation of the entire market,  it's gonna take a while for ethereum to attain such height,  Eth is trading currently below $200.

Perhaps maybe in the next bull season it might reach such price,  bitcoin has to soar higher to push up the dollar price of ethereum

The dreams don't become reality if the  ETH POS news goes to be a fact this year. In my opinion, the price will fall and touch the $100 before the end of the year. The possibility of hitting low prices is more than hitting higher prices. In this situation, the 2021 predictions will stay just a guess.

Buying rumours is considered as risky trading excepting that the trader will be able to sell the same tokens in above the average market prices. Positive thinking will not add any contributions to the ETH developmetns but the situation will change after the ETH 2.0 in my opinion.

What is more important is that you remain strong with your determination to pursue what has been established on your desires to hold your asset. If eth price reached that expensive price, it could provide us huge profit gains once asset value will gradually increase.

We are in the speculation section, so giving high prediction is not new anymore. It is your own disposition towards crypto that will determine how far your investments will go.
