In fact, I hope that it will not start in 2020, it will probably start from the end of 2019. There will be a move towards an increase in the price of bitcoin, although at this time in the past few months there will always be ups and downs that occur. but soon signs of revival will begin to be seen towards the end of 2019 and will continue until 2020.

That's before 2021 according to OP, and we know a 1 year bullish movement would make it possible to rise further.
We've reach over $1K in the last bull run and if we might see some bull run it the next 2 years, things are possible.
However, i would not be expecting much like that price, at the current price now, I am okay with a x10 return in just 1 year, I think its too lucrative.

You do not need to repeat the prices that eth has broken out in the past because everyone can see from eth's price chart and more, we can all understand that it was the most favorable year for the crypto market, especially with the top altcoins, the development and receiving a lot of capital from the community. But since that year, market conditions have gradually stabilized and could not break through as in the past, it seems to be a recession, more precisely, the crypto market is saturated, and the price of eth will be difficult to go further, it will only fluctuate at the current low level.

I can't see ETH at $4k for a good few years yet. It is one of my favourite coins and a very solid project, but given how the market has been for nearly two years now, I think it would take something extraordinary for ETH to go x20 any time soon. The project has quite a long history, but still mainstream adoption of smart contracts is a distant possibility - and I think it would take some real-world uses for ETH to hit that sort of price. Maybe I'm being unduly pessimistic, but $4k really seems a stretch.

A good enough reason to strengthen your argument about ETH will touch $4000 before 2021, but do you just analyze it fundamentally? I think technical analysis also needs to be done to strengthen your speculation about it. However, in my opinion to touch that price, it still takes 3-5 years to come and needs to be supported by the development of other systems. $4000 before 2021 is not impossible, but the chance to touch it is under 40%.

   New projects are built on Ethereum platform. They way for those new projects
to raise money are not ICO's, now they are IEO's.  Now much more popular and for
many people safer way. But that's not mean that ICO's are dead, we will see more
of them.
   ETH 2.0 is announced. We can hope that it will be successful. Ethereum is making
progress, one day it will affect the price. How high it can go, we will see.

The rise of ICOs in 2017 is the reason why the Ethereum price reached up to $1,400 and now why do think the Ethereum price could reach $4,000 before 2021? Just because you are seeing Ethereum halving now does not mean it will continue in 2020. Maybe the year 2020 is going to be a year for Ripple, Binance coin or New altcoin from nowhere.

Everyone's know ethereum will become more than of what you value expected to the ethereum. I think ethereum will become more than 10,000 dollars next year or after few years. I really like to see the value of ethereum increasing.  But now the price is very far and I think it's still challenging for the ethereum to become 4 digits value. I am pretty sure that Eth will hit $4000 soon but the thing is we don't know, I know we are all aware that the market is unpredictable. I agree that if Bitcoin can go to the moon then Eth can do it as well since they are the most liquidity in market, they are the promising coin among all cryptocurrency. Eth is worth to invest with and I have been seen it before when it hit $1K and I know it can do something more than we expected just keep believing and keep investing.
