Better is a relative. Binance is a balanced exchange but if you would go into specifics, you could have much better options than binance.
You should first make up your mind about what you want to do. If you require to just convert one coin to another, instant exchanges like shapshift, Chanelly and Fixedfloat can do it in lower fees. It's not just the trading fees, you also need to consider the withdrawal fees when you are using an exchange like binance.

The only thing that interest me is to be able to sell the coins at an exchange with a volume of exchange which is enough for the number of coins i want to trade. Most of exchanges will go bankrupt if they get stolen enough coins. When not that much they go in dept and repay loses. Binance had nice hit not so long ago. If they had not bought those BTC back and suddenly price of BTC go over $100k they can be in serious problem.  

Exchanges are not a problem if you use them as an exchange and not a wallet. Send coins you need to exchange on Biannce, exchange and pull new coins off. That takes 1 hour. There is tiny chance you are so unlucky for Binance to be hacked that hour. If you will use exchange as a wallet then you are dumb enough to call losing your coins upon you.

Binance is a reliable platform, but Bitfinex can be tried if a guy has some worries. It is a proven and reliable cryptocurrency exchange. I don't think you have idea of how security bridge is becoming one of the challenge facing crypto exchange platform at large. More than 50% of exchange platform are adopting binance  techniques for managing security. I think kucoin will be good for him or he can use both bittrex and kucoin together. I am sure that he needs to try one by one of the exchanges so he can select what the exchanges that suit to trade. Binance hack that occured in fast few months are too small compare to what Binance have. We all know that hacker/s was/were able to hack only the hot wallet thtough getting the key from the API which is quite questionable how does it even be possible since we should assume that it's encrypted. Because of this incident, Binance will surely taking care of their hot wallets better than before. Crypto hacking is indeed inevitable but also avoidable. This is why storing most of exchanger's funds in a cold wallet is very important. Exchanger's owner should be too careful whom he trust with the acess.

Well, there you have it, they already came with another promises again that they have safu fund, and you know that safu fund is their personal money which is running into millions of dollars for them to use to fight against any form of lost of money that could make their system go down, so I don’t think that they will be going bankrupt anytime soon, but then they still have to be extremely careful, because they cannot be working for scammers.

Changelly is a DEX and you really have to be careful with transactions. because when an error occurs, no one can help you and the liquidity is also much lower than Binance.

Actually, even fiat stock exchanges may be hacked, so there is almost no difference between exchanges you named. Some people can steal their money from themselves, I know a lot of guys that lost their Google 2FA and can`t access accounts now. Poloniex and Bittrex are no longer like in past which they were once liked by traders, but now
they are getting behind. I suggest trading on Huobi if in Binance you don't feel comfortable anymore.

I believe Binance still holds the top spot and next is Huobi but Binance is not better than it was before the IEO. Binance had learnt some lessons after their database was compromised by hackers and I think such thing might take time before it can repeat itself again.

There have been some great exchange in operations before binance, I will suggest poloniex or bittrex as an option should binance goes down.

Changelly is safer than binance because it works like a dex exchange,you don't need to own a profile or account on changelly to trade,you just have to send the amount requested and get credited to the address you dropped,its simple and safer but binance earn alot daily,getting bankrupt is way far from possible

No Changelly is not safe, and I'm not recommending people to use it go check the scam section and search for Changelly there are 4 to 5 reports about this exchange, people should do diligence when recommending an exchange, people might think you are shilling these exchange and you are part of the team, and about Binance I don't think they will go bankrupt, they are the number one exchange and will do everything to stay number one

ive heard of this exchange before but to be honest id never try to visit or even used it once because i do also have other favorites and other alternatives next to binance but i do also use binance until now despite of the hack and data breach incedents that happened to them lately because i believe that its not thier fault  . okex on other hand is not really that popular , but who knows what if the exchange becomes mainstream , itll be also an eye popper to the scammers  but lets hope they can tighten thier security before that happens  .

Ignoring Binance, I think Okex is a good choice for you! With many events and offers for users, okex also confirms their security. Besides, transaction costs are lower than Binance and Bitrex.

Better? I don't know if there is an exchanges that's better than binance but we have a few others of great exchanges as well.
The other reputable and popular exchanges has their own color to make it different from each other. But, until this day Binance still managed to be the best out of the best exchange out there. There are other alternatives exchanges you could try.

   Binance is at the top when it comes to daily trading volume. But daily volume can't be the only parameter when we need to choose
and exchange for us. I can't trade on Binance, they do not support my country, many people have the same problem. For us Binance
is off the limits, we need to settle with some other exchange that is available for us.
   My top exchange is KuCoin, they are OK in every meaning of that word. They have reasonable fees and good choice of coins.

high fees or low fees it very subyektif. it mean when you said yobit is high fees in transaction, another people not said that and said low fees transaction. but no problem, i think this case can be solved with you convert your coins with another coin has lower fees like doge
so in my opinion yobit is still best exchanger same as  binance exchange
