Right now, there are only few ico's that managed to become successful due to it's uniqueness and function in the community. Sadly to say that most of the ico are now becoming trash because of the scammers.

There is still some good projects to invest these days although mostly Ico’s are not good and not successful because of scam. Sorry to say that good projects are not doing well too. It's about market conditions. In the long run bear market, some potential project scammed and dead, so that investors lost hope on the crypto market. Many investors left the crypto investment, many are trying to recover. I think good project is always there but because this is red market, people will think twice. Solutions for developer is keep going and for us as bounty hunter is keep searching, no one knows the result but keep trying is better than complaint. But if you stuck just leave it, try another one on real life I hope it will make you better.

Thats pretty much it. It's not that the world is out of solutions, it's that crypto has been so oversaturated that every other legitimate sounding scam coin has already been used. Any new attempts to scam people are just so transparent now because people have been burned and now know better.

Hopefully, the real projects turn out well enough that people start to regain confidence in altcoins.

I think that to revive the ICO market  is needed a global solution. The most reasonable  is the creation of a legislative  base and insurance, which would protect the interests of investors. Many banks are starting to work with cryptocurrency, maybe soon we will have a similar solution

Why would anyone need insurance? You are investing in a start-up company, you can check their whitepaper, you can check their team and ideas, their product. After all, you make a decision to risk and invest in that start-up or not, what kind of insurance you wish for? Like if they don`t succeed, if they fail you to receive your investment back and try again next time? It`s like you go to casino you place a bet and you lose, what you going to do about it, ask them to give your money back?

There are many ideas in the world and so many decisions. The problem is that there is no widespread use of blockchain. Partly, due to the lack of a legislative framework.
There is also no mass adoption of the concept of cryptocurrencies. You are correct! most of the projects nowadays are not good and can be called as garbage! Before, I see many ICOs that have really potential in the market but now I see that the most of the ICOs are now focusing to get more money.

Agree with your opinion no good project for long time holding, I remember when start investing with centra coin ICO where have success listing on binance with higher price, I think price could raise up and I hold it for long time, but today delist from exchange market and coin of centra have been scam and not have price any more.

Isnt that world loss idea. Actually new start up projects have same concept with new features added. What if, the same project have been pump same like eth and other pioneered coins. Discussion here pinpoint to those situation wherein the state mow si quite different. What about Harmony project? This project is full of solutions or advance features that has been improved more than eth, but why the price seems like lower than it? It's probably due to to popularity of the ether.
