people will calculated the value depends on crowdsale price, but the real value will come when the project hit the exchange

The first bounty rule for me is never to calculate my earning based on the token or coin IEO/ICO price,there is 80% chance that the token or coin will lose value right at the moment it enters the market or even turned scam,don't expect too much until you are able to sale at a particular price

In my opinion not like that too. The amount displayed on the spreadsheet is the initial amount to be used as the final prize. Not all projects that make bounty hunters as bait by the project owner.

I think it is possible that they calculate the value based on the price they raise by ICo or IEO, but when the list of exchanges is too low compared to the target of ICo, the hunters' reward will be reduced. and at very low prices, maybe that's why the spreadsheet is showing a lot of money but when it comes to reality it's not as expected, my personal opinion is that.

Hate to say but is true. This is reality, when you think you will be rich after bounty end and then you receive reward. You got so much tokens and you have been calculate you will get so much money if you can sell on ICO price but the actual is the price token when listed on the market is totally low from ICO price. So you only received little amount of money beside you think you will got a lot of money...  

Selling tokens at ICO price is not impossible,the truth is those good projects that loses value after listing on exchanges will return good profits in the future if they are good enough,instead of selling tokens you earned in bounties its better to leave some in your wallet just in case....

Most of them like new bounty offer good pool with huge amount of money, but the problem the pool is on their coin.
and whenener the coin hit the market most of them can't survive from their dumper. but as long the coin still is sellable its okay.

Yep, that's why I'm not into bounties as I used to be earlier. I made a lot of work via social media and also wrote articles and made translations that were appreciated high but in the end almost half of the projects didn't succeed others bore not fruits but stems.
But I think it was a great experience nevertheless.

If you are an old-timer in bounty campaign, you know this is not the real value of the token, and it's meant to entice people to join their bounty campaign, ICO tokens are always down 50 to 90% of their ICO price, it's been proven, and I have proven that myself.

We do not have control on the price when it hit the market, the best we can do it is to only promote a good project, so even if the price is down when it hit the market for the first time, it has a chance to recover.

This happened because many new projects whose prices fell when the initial listing. It's sad that something like this happened because bounty hunters would expect that the minimum price of the token is the same as the price of IEO or ICO, but it turns out that the price at the exchanger is far below the price of ICO or IEO

I think you are referring for their offers during promotion which is too good to be true and when get listed in the market get nothing. To be honest I already experienced that so many times and there's nothing we can do about it. It's a lesson learned that next time you must be so careful in the bounty where you will waste time and effort.

in the past year what I felt was exactly the same as what you said, and I realized that this is a risk of being a bounty hunter sometimes the price of the token does not match the price on their road map, not to mention waiting for the distribution of tokens on the exchange and finally tokens are only worth a few dollars. my experience was very sad

I think I agree if right now, we are rich only on spreadsheets because the coins or the tokens we have cannot get the higher price. But soon, if the coins and the tokens can reach the real price, those spreadsheets will be changed so we can see the assets we have will increase too. Before you can see everything change, you need to have patience, and while you are waiting, you can do another thing that will help you to make money. That is what happens in the market, and many projects are waiting as you too. But the situations will not be like this forever because there is a time to see it will change in the future.

Maybe you are referring to the price of the coins on its token sales?
That's why you said we are only rich in the spreadsheet. and when the real price
has come you have a big shock when the reality of price is not exactly what you expect.

that's the bounty, in the pre-sale period, the exchange rate is definitely still high. and when all is over including all bounty programs and it is time for the launch of the token to the market, the exchange rate will usually go down a bit, but not infrequently the tokens go up after launching to the market.

the situation will get worse when the team suspends the launching process to the market, and over time, the value of the token will actually go down and far from our expectations when calculating spreadsheets.

I agree with you. Bounty hunters are taken just for granted. They are treated like they are nothing for any crypto project. They are being used just to attract investors and are left high and dry after fulfilling their goals. In some cases, they are denied their rewards under various pretexts. This is the sad story of bounty hunters.

To some extent this isn't the fault of the project. No project will wish their token price to be low irrespective of whether they're paying bounty participants or not. Every project has an idea price of how they want their tokens to be valued, that's why they give their tokens a price value during the ICO/IEO stage in hope for it to increase from that price upwards but the market always have the final decision in determining the price of any token.

The total supply of a coin is another major disadvantage many bounty hunters don't seem to consider before joining a campaign. That you recieved 100k token via your bounty reward from a project which total supply is around 10Billion+ is just worthless especially in this current altcoin condition.

you are right. Looking at the amount of tokens we see on final spreadsheet and the ICO price, its very flowery presentation of the rewards, maybe more than $100-$500.
But when the token gets listed, the correct picture we see and realize that the reward amount is actually few dollars only.
I think, projects should give rewards in ETH or Bitcoin for same campaign values. But it will be definitely not profitable for projects, next to impossible.
