even the project are succesfull and listed on exchange, as all we know the usually decreased significant than ico price and dropped.
i see many project are have the same pattern like this, or in some case the allocation for bountry are decreased after end of bounty

As bounty hunters, we market the product but we only get a minute amount from it. It is basically the summary of mankind if you'll ask me. But maybe, it's on us too. We often choose the wrong projects so we often get inappropriate compensation. Or maybe, it's because there are really a lot of failed projects so there's nothing else we could choose. Nevertheless, it is good to take out these kinds of emotions once in a while. It is healthy not to bottle it up nor emptied it out so take a deep breath because you still have work to do.

Token trading has really unpredictable activity during this and you dont know either its going up or down also it is affected due to movement of major coins such as btc and eth.

The market is so dead thats why a legit project isn't coming to launch ICO project. 99% project is a scam the only owner of ico project making money through bounty hunters but bounty hunters got nothing to do bounty campaign. But in reality we only get a little bit which doesn't get much money from projects that are already running. some actually make us gain a loss on ourselves so in fact this 2019 many are very detrimental to us,I also got around 10,000 USD in my estimation but it didn't happen

I think now being a bounty hunter is a difficult thing because there are still many fraud projects currently circulating, not only that bounty participants are also faced with the problem of frequent cuts for unilateral funds allocation by the bounty manager after the bounty project is completed and even more painful, now participants who participate in several bounties will receive their payment after the price of the token has dropped in the market, thus making the bounty participant not get an adequate income.

Even though currently many bounties are scam, but if compared to other jobs in the online world, bounty is easiest to do and the results are still more profitable. Because sometimes some of token bounty can be a diamonds and their value is unexpected when listed on the market. Note: Never join in bounties based on the amount of rewards they give, and never make bounties to be your main job, or you will be brokenheart.

It all depends on the timeline of distribution, you can only see big tokens in the spreadsheet when the bounty has already ended and tokens has been calculated, so in other words, seeing big tokens won't have any effect because you would know the dollar value in the market by that time, anyways bounty campaigns are a form of free advertising for project owners, they pay with their tokens that they got for free, sometimes we as bounty hunters gets lucky and it retains it's value, sometimes we don't.

Sincerely,  most of these bounty campaigns we usually claim to be scam project are not in the real sense of it. Many projects just find it hard to reach their soft cap. Not that they are set out from the start to scam people. No. It's possible they post huge sum of money to be allocated to bounty hunters, virtually all projects do that. But some project eventually pay while others are not able to meet up maybe  because of the market conditions at that moment or they are not able to reach their soft cap

You can't really blame anyone for this. The bounty campaign manager promises a certain amount of tokens to the participants, and as per the calculations given in the spreadsheet that many tokens will be credited to the bounty hunters. Now the campaign might have claimed a certain exchange rate for these tokens, but we can't expect the same exchange rate to be maintained once it gets traded in the exchanges.

You can't blame anyone, basically if the coins listed in the market are no longer the projects that handle them. although the project is good but the conditions in the market nobody knows because it already depends on the buying and selling demand by traders and investors. if a lot of selling demand mean the price of coins will continue to decline, the bounty hunter is also part of the trader and part of the dump without any buying action.
even though you wisely choose bounty, when it is listed on the market you will not know the results and what will happen may end up the same as you have experienced before.

Maybe try to blame the market condition too, the fact that majority of the projects struggles at this time, you cannot expect that it will sell higher than its IEO or ICO price even if the project is legit and has a great potential, the fear of the investors are still here and with lack of volume,...
