Most of the bounty hunters are looking for a great project with a reasonable bounty allocation so they can surely get a reward from their work. There are plenty of shit projects right now that pop ups from nowhere, therefore some of the legitimate projects will hire well known bounty managers to manage their bounty campaign in order to gain a good amount of participants.

If you are a fresh bounty manager then that is your barrier right now. You need to prove to the forum that you are managing the legitimate projects and if possible you can escrow the bounty allocation to gain the trust of the bounty participants.

What I am looking for in a bounty campaign is of course a very large prize, we can get a big prize from how we choose a good project that can be responsible and of course we can predict the project we choose will be successful, not least from joining the Bounty Campaign to get a prize that big.
Great rewards are also one of my considerations before joining the bounty. Especially if there are no rules limiting the number of participants. If the project is good, there will definitely be more bounty enthusiasts, so if the bounty pool is small, you can predict what will happen.
Lately I prefer to support projects that already exist in the market, or working products. You know, many bounties have ended up being scams because tokens haven't been listed in the market for so long. If possible, if there are weekly payments I would choose it, but very rarely.

Serious developers is all i need from a bounty project, i need me some good projects that have reasonable ideas and that will attract many investors so that they can have better volumes on trading exchanges, serious developers are now very scarce now and all we have left are just scammers

the most important factor in dealing with bounty campaigns is that the founders and owners are transparent and open with the public about the project. If there shady and hiding behind the scenes, well it doesn't mean that it will be a scam, but it's much higher probability. Therefore do your research to invest your time wisely.

what I'm looking for in a prize campaign is:
1. looking for a real project.
2. the team is valid / transparent, so they can walk according to their road map.
3. Real products on the market.
4. Last is money
I think money is one of the main goals for all forum users here  Roll Eyes

good projects will definitely give good rewards and don't focus too much on the amount of prizes to be given to bounty campaign participants... but what is very important for us to pay attention is the quality of products made by the platform or company to be able to develop in the future.. and I will not be tempted by a large allocation but I focus on how well the project will develop in the future.

Bounty manager campaign is most important thing for joining bounty campaign beside have reached soft cap, I got many bounty campaign manager not trusted with their coin, team of bounty and ICO have distribution but bounty manager sell first for them and distribution for bounty participants after price of coin down.

As a hunter, i usually look for the reward of the campaign first.
Then, look at the project whether it is a scam project or real project. Both of these are important.
You won't get anything if the project is scam, and you won't get a good amount of money if the reward is too low.
For what is a high reward but ultimately the project will be scam, it is better to have a low reward but the project will be a good project in the future. I think all Bounty Hunter wants the project he is working on is a project that has prospects and potential in the future, so that the token that he gets can become the money.

authentication really matters , a lots of bounty program with good reward might not be authentic, hunters need to try as much as possible to verify how authentic the bounty program is and if it worth joining, testing and trusted campaign managers matters too

if you test to try to be part of many campaigns it will be difficult especially in the signature campaign part because of the rules. You cannot do that and therefore you must be able to analyze a bounty campaign, seeing from many important aspects not just the campaign manager

I just want to work for bonus campaigns that have a clear pool and are accompanied by a legit team. especially does not require KYC and the distribution token must take place as scheduled. That's what I really want in a bounty campaign.

I recently started managing my first bounty campaign, however, its been a few days and we have yet to see any traction.

The project I'm managing the campaign for is currently in their early startup stages, however, they are running on the VeChainThor Blockchain, they are closely related and in collaboration with an existing prominent project, and are set to release their MVP before the public sale is even set to end.

All these are clear indications, at least to myself, that the project is legitimate and seems to have potential to be a great success. So I would have expected to see more traction by now, but I haven't.

So my question to you all, what do you look for in a bounty campaign?
Do you value a project with a better product, or a project that is giving away higher rewards?
Are there any requirements that steer you away from participating in a campaign?

Any insight and feedback would be extremely helpful so that I can adjust my campaign if needed in order to maximize the results.

Thanks!
For me personally, of course high reward is something that everyone really wants. But, the amount of reward we get depends on how the product and team behind the project develop the project that was delivered. So here surely the project will prefer a way to attract investors in order to achieve softcap and hardcap on the project to develop the project. So for me, here I will look more at the product and the team behind it, how they respond to our every question and the activeness of the project in updating every information.

Are there any requirements that steer you away from participating in a campaign?
For me it is important that there was a limit on the number of participants.

Before I promote any campaign.. I make sure the campaign budget is realistic.. e.g 5000 to 20000 dollar.. and the project is no longer in search for investors... else.. you'll be wasting your time

Of course such things are done by participating participants, checking to enter their site and seeing and reading the vision and mission of the product and the team undergoing the project are also important to ensure their seriousness and check payment in detail.
and join the project telegram to find out about developments and information from their team and you can also ask questions and read the conversations of the team and all participants.

Bounty manager is important, if a manager is successfu in previous projects and he is picky about quality projects, I join his bounties. Other than that I am trying to check team and technologies of those projects and join their bounty no matter what their budget is. Budget does not mean anything, %90 projects fake their budget and let everyone down.
