Probably but this is the reality of what happens in every country where laws can't be fully enforced and doing 'illegal" things is way more rewarding that working and havng a normal job that is almost impossible to find. And this awaits both west Ukraine and Crimea  |

An interesting observation! In the meantime Lavrov urges Ukrainian acting government to refrain from use of force and instead initiate a dialogue with the representatives from the South-East.
