Things why a person can easily get scammed in crypto-world
1. Greed
2. No knowledge about the project
3. Trust
This are the three main reason why they get easily scam
Greed, because there are a lot of promise by the campaign and the developer we easily believe that its true
investing a lot of money in the project that is garbage.
No knowledge also is the second reason because of the trend they just go and invest without any knowledge of the said project
Trust because they trust the people in the project which sometimes pretends that the person is a member of the project
they can easily decieved that once they invest , they will soon find out that the person is just impersonating , and not really
what all expected.
Greed and insufficient knowledge about the project are usually the main factors why people get easily scammed. Trust has nothing to do with the reasons why people get scammed. Investors hardly invest into any project using trust as the reason by they into the project. In this crypto space, people don't really trust anyone here. People get scammed due to lack of knowledge and research regarding the feasibility of the project in the crypto space. |

You forgot to mention the main reason - not being cautious but being stupid enough. To be honest, most scams are quite easy to spot. Scammers always kinda leaves loose ends which can be spot easily. This might sound harsh, but those who fall for stupid simple scams, they deserve to get scammed. At least they learn something out of it and becomes more careful in the future.

Most people who got scammed at investing in crypto is because they often to see people who are really successful from crypto and want to follow their track record.
But they don't know what is cryptocurrency about, if someone ask them to invest in a project with a "crypto" appendage they will just instantly join it.
The problem of such people is that they want to earn a lot of money at once, without the desire to learn to do it and without the desire to earn a little bit. That's why they trust scammers who promise huge earnings almost from scratch. People need to learn to be more modest and earn a little. |

People get scam easily simply because of their own greed and also because of their own fault of lacking their own knowledge about the projects so that they are scamming so easily. People scam easily because they don't have any experience about how scammer scams some account and how they are stealing money from them. Be careful anyone so that the crime of stealing and scamming other people will be lessen.

Be a smart person when you see promising projects with huge profits and then be interested, try to find the truth and investigate well and the knowledge of the project is needed so that you are not fooled.
fraudsters will take advantage of people who always want to benefit easily because of the ambition that blinds their eyes which is actually a fraud, fraud will not occur if we are smarter than them.

The biggest problem is greed, when investors see something like 100 percent bonus on your contribution or Binance application in progress, they are just buying tokens without even to check if the information is true or not.

It was simply because they lack knowledge and they trust easily. They are not careful and they don't read the whole thing they are joining or weary about those who they trade with. The wallets can also be dangerous so we should find the best wallet that can be fully trusted and those that was tried and tested by many to be trustworthy. Greed can also be one of the main reason why, we should be contented and patient if we really want to earn lots of money because sometimes, those who crave for much are the ones who gets nothing unlike those who are patient. |

Investors are so greedy and it is the reason why they easily believe to the project that have high returns. They thought that they can easily became rich if they invested to that project.
Last year there were many investors who were greedy in making investments in each project, but for this year it seems that investors have more experience in choosing projects, and trusting a project, although basically everyone wants to get rich quicker in investments, but for this year everyone has first analyzed the project before investing. |

Obviously many peoples are trying to cheat in any platform so we only protect ourself. But I am not accepting your final point because Binance never listing the scam projects so you must check the roadmap and whitepaper easily but crypto platform anytime pump and dump will happen so trusted exchanges also never stop these fluctuations and died projects. |

because they are greedy and want easily money, but this always lead to easy scam, they often try to get big payment from website scam like those that say that you will get x2 what you bet, and end in a bad way every time, as long as there are chance to make easy money people will always be scammed

Yeah, greedy is the main reason why people get scammed so easily since they want to earn instant money and believe they can turn millionaire overnight thereby invest in the projects without cross-checking whether the provided information is authentic or not. And secondly, I think the lack of knowledge also contributes to the same since most of the people without having a proper knowledge invests in the unreliable projects as they are reluctant to do some self-research... |

Greed is the most common reason. Some of the cryptocurrency users are not satisfied with 5x or 10x profits, and they want to go for high risk assets which can give them 100x or 200x returns. The problem here is that if an asset promises you 100x returns, then the chances are that it is either a scam or a pyramid scheme. Here, it is the fault of the user. |

Lack of knowledge is the worst factor in my opinion. I heard about guys that are investing in every token sale that takes place on Latoken. I personally heard of no project that raised enough funds and kept the price on token sale level after an IEO on Latoken.

Greed and zero or half education about the project and cryptocurrency in general are the core causes of why people get scammed easily. A lot of people have that syndrome to invest so big into projects due to the ridiculous promises they were made that they forget to undergo basic underground study of their next investment. Also, lack of education and improper has ruined alot of people making them to loose funds. How can a developer ask you to invest in a project believed to be better than Ethereum and stellar without having a single code published on Github and yet people still buy this nothingness |

But for this new options IEO more decrease scam attack because everyone investors now smart about it. If a project want successful token sales then there urgently need IEO in popular exchange so people are always to ready for investment those projects with profits happens.

the most factor why people got scam by some project, because they didn't know anything about the project, few people are investing money in new project just refering from ico listing platform, and many newcomer are trapped from here

Problems aren't those three things that op mentioned in thread, another great problem among them is wish of free money.
There is nothing wrong with that wish alone, everyone wants easy money, some people are very smart and achieve this wish by different work. At first all of these require hard work but problem in this case is that these people are uneducated people. When they are uneducated, they can't think much about why scam projects offer easy money and they fall in love with nice words.
