This is not a good time to implement IEO because the current market is very volatile and current investors are not interested in investing in new projects. In my opinion if the Hydax team can understand this then they should consider moving to the spring of next year because this is a very good time for a lot of new projects. This is just my general opinion and everything still depends a lot on the project.
