It is an ideal strategy to set a limit and stick to it. But it's really difficult to actually follow it in real life. I consider myself as a disciplined person but when I start losing, I don't care how large my increased bets are. Self discipline is helpful but gamblers often jump that barrier to lose more.

Gamblers are not the same, some of them have disciplinary methods while the others don't have it. Yes, I got that experience before. I say to myself that I need to stop after 30 minutes in a gambling game. But the fact, I even continue playing gambling until 1 hour hahaha. The first time I gamble, I don't manage my time so many times I played more than 1 hour, but then I realize that I need to change my time in the gambling game. I got that experience before. I say to myself that I need to stop after 30 minutes in a gambling game. But the fact, I even continue playing gambling until 1 hour hahaha. It is okay to be brave in taking risk but know your limitations. It is important to know our limitations and must have to stick to it.  If we have self-discipline, we can easily control ourselves for not over-spending into gambling and it even used up our saving for this addiction. It's better to stop rather than to continue losing, hoping that we'll get back our initial capital or even gain profit in a way that we are exceeding our limitations wether financially or emotionally. That is right. By having discipline, we can prevent from losing the money, which is the big benefits to us in gambling. Besides that, we can be able to manage our day in gambling too, so we don't have to spend all day long in gambling places.
