When it comes to gambling, casinos hold the yam and the knives, they make the rule and can bend it whenever the rule is not convenient for them to follow.
I've seen a  case here on this forum where a went against their own rule to cheat on a customer, when they were caught in their rule which states that customers were allowed to use VPN, they hurried went and edited to "customers are not allowed to use VPN".

I highly doubt that they can "twist the rules according to whatever they want" because there are laws for that reason and I agree lawyers draw up these type of things. Sure lawyers could be a bit sneaky and make it a bit vague, but when it is vague that works a lot better for the customer. So you would have to rely on the hope that the customer won't sue you for whatever you do, and most likely they won't.

However, Roobet never needed any of that because they are already making millions from the casino, so why would they need to find a way to do anything shady at all? They can be as legit as it gets, like 100% honest and upfront, and they make millions, I don't see a reason to be shady at all. Never seen them do anything shady before neither.

ToS is indeed subject to multi interpretations, just like the FTX court ruling dealing with user funds only can be judged by the applicable law. I'm aware that there is a very small minority of people that bother to read ToS. Mainly, users are playing on a platform based on trust or let's say from friend recommendations, company's marketing, or even some influencers.

This has been the problem with google as well, scam ads are being allowed and I don’t know how they approve the ads but its need attention to avoid such scammers from getting easy money from their victims. If you didn’t do your own diligence then probably you’ll fall as a victim here. It's really a petty that Google's moderation is so poor that therey'sa little to no way to end this growing problem. This isn't only apparent in gambling but on all sectors, imagine being the huge and most used search engine that scammers are flocking to get that phishing victims. I wonder if AI can even prevent this in the future but with this kind of problem I do think that it might be the go-to solution or people should be aware on all things they see on the net.

Yep, I'm personally using an adblocker but it seems that there are still scam ads that I'm still seeing from time to time. Though it is massively reduced with the help of adblocker but you are not 100% safe from these scam advertisement. Scammers just find paid advertisement an advantage to them that's why they are keep doing it. We all should know how to pin or bookmark the right casino we like playing. Social media platform are earning something from this, despite of the concern of the public they are still allowing this from happening and even the government can’t totally help the public to solve this issues and many are still falling into fake pages and being scammed by fake people. If someone offer you a promotions and not came from an official page of any site, be careful on that.

Any amount of proof isn't enough to screw over anonymous crypto gambling sites based on what I observed. Victims of sites like 1xbit lost way bigger amounts and they couldn't sue them since the team wasn't traceable.
