Even if you don't have enough experience in a skill, entering a contest like this can let you measure up and see what you're making is really worth the one skill it's created for.
After all, this contest is intended for everyone so that it can make us learn and add ideas to be even more skilled in creating all kinds of art forms.

That's the result of eagerness to win by other participants since if they make those past winning art as inspiration for sure they became more better and that is what we see right now. This is also indicate that however good those past winners they can still defeated if the artist is consistent and willing to learn and grow as a artist. Many also got inspired to do more better job since the prize given by roobet is so competitive which many people want to take.

Yeah, this is quite already a lucrative art contest in this forum, the biggest and most active contest if I'm not mistaken. No, I don't have a compilation on it, I just use the search feature and set the right parameters for searching like "Search for: Roobet art contest" and "by user: Hhampuz" and checking for the topic subjects only, and voila you'll have most of it. It's quite a handy feature here in the forum tbh.

Roobet art contest runs for years now and honestly this is where I master my craftmanship skill specifically with the clay art. It's not perfect yet but I'm happy that I'm improving and with this contest you can grow as well as an artist. Two weeks before the end of the latest contest and I do hope that you guys already have an idea on what to submit for the current theme. Keep improving and continue to learn new things, art is growing too.

Learning is definitely a good level to be here, I think it means that you get to see the result in a way that you would be quite happy with what you have and should be considering it as an option.

I understand that any newly started artist may end up losing, and they will not be happy to lose as well, but you will not know your level unless you know what your level is and that is why it's a trouble, you should join, and if you lose then you could lose, but at least you will see your level. Then you can keep doing more and more which means that you can participate in the future ones as well and in return you are going to end up winning one day. This will make sure that you see your development and see that.
