I tried to request a withdrawal and I discovered that there's an option to select the processing fee with Low, Medium and Priority, theses past few weeks the fee has been really crazy and I think this is a very welcomed development. However, I'll be more interested in a feature whereby we can chose to withdraw in either Ethereum or Bitcoin, since the payment are converted automatically to USD after deposit, I think it will be better if we can withdraw in either currency regardless of the means of deposit.

That's great idea to trick out the withdrawal fee but I think also a built-up exchange is also good I think many user are interested on this kind of feature rather than withdrawing and can choose different coin since in built-in exchange you can change what coin you wanted to use and play using it.

Exchange is not really needed if roobet can do something like what is suggested by Harkorede.
If user's deposit is converted to USD automatically then having an option to withdraw it in any available coins is more than enough.
Built-up exchange on a gambling site usually has lower rate as well as has a fee, so IMO it is not really attractive for players.
As a player I would prefer deposit with a coin that wont charges me too much fee on both deposit and withdrawal.

I agree, a system (similar to the one Duelbits is having) would be perfect. Other options could be to add extra cryptos that have low fees (dogecoin, tron, ripple).

I get that you are probably mad after losing alot in crash but its Pretty normal , you are just unlucky to catch that losing streak when you play

14 streak is brutal, especially when you are using martingale strategy but this kind of streak happens rarely and you are just unlucky to catch it while you are playing

I'm not sure how to do the same query on roobet (although wouldn't be overly hard to compute manually), but roobet has a significantly higher house edge (i.e. more reds) which would be negated by the fact they have not been running nearly as long (i.e. less likely to have had freak events), so I'd guess the longest red streak is pretty similar

Got bankrupted in all of those times.

No matter how much your red coming, your chance was still same sometimes everyone misses understanding let's say on Dice or any game went have 5-7 lose with 50:50 (x2 multiplier) streak and they thinking next will gonna hit because we already got so many lose. That's very obvious, what I believe! Their main purpose offering best possible gambling experience nor to provide exchange services. Some casinos are offering exchange service though, as competition is so high. But, Roobet should maintain on their TOS as they were promised to serve.

It is possible that there is a conflict somewhere between the site's plugins and your browser's add on if not your computer resources. You should try to install another browser (chrome if possible) and check if it fixes the issue. 
Anyway, have you installed Microsoft Edge?  Does it fix the problem?

You are right. I did install a fresh Microsoft Edge browser and it loaded without any problems. I also uninstalled all the add-ons I had on FireFox, and I was able to access the site with no challenge. I think one of the add-ons was causing the issue though I am yet to figure out which on it was.

It is normal in a game of chance.  We really cannot predict what is the next multiplier in Crash.   If you happen to bet on a 1.1x multiplier  it will be more green on you.  I also experience this kind of thing, just when I thought that the next multiplier will hit big, that is when it Crash at the starting point.  In short, Crash results can't be easily predicted.

It is possible that uBlock origin is the cause of that problem since it has a function related to managing pc resources,

uBlock Origin is not an "ad blocker", it's a wide-spectrum content blocker with CPU and memory efficiency as a primary feature.

So it is possible that it blocked some plug-ins on the Roobet site just to give your pc system more efficiency but resulting your system to hang-up when accessing Roobet.

It is a common thing, isn't it? Seems that it is your first time getting such losing streak on 2x payout, that's why you are curious whether it is normal or not. Bear in mind that every single bet is independent and if you still curious about it then you can verify all of your bets since the game is provably fair. Too bad, you did it with martingale which made your balance drained fast.

when I was using google chrome and downloaded some free VPN and used that one, it was really horrible and it was almost always problematic and it was terribly slow to even move around from google to search something and click on it. Chrome extensions (or any browser extension really) could always have a trouble with certain websites. Yeah I had already accepted that because there's pretty much nothing that I can do about it. Yeah I kinda lost it all in the martingale strategy.
I guess it was just a bad timing and a huge bad luck. One mistake I did was to continue the martingale strategy consecutively.
I would generally use the martingale strategy on alternative bets but this I thought that the next bet would definitely go 2x.
This is where the long negative streak turned it's bad luck on me

Sorry for your loss, but the Martingale system doesn't work on long term. It can give you profit for a short amount of time, but in the end you will always loose.
Been there, done that  . I am still trying to find a system that always works, but no luck yet  .

For a customer it looks a good service to have but from the gambling site's perspective it could end up their whole business even if one person starts to abuse the services for illicit purpose. I feel having different priority fee structure may work better for both sides when the mempool gets clogged so people can pay less if they don't want to take the burden and have to wait until it gets confirmed.

What do you mean by "normal"? I mean it is obvious that it is not common, usually you do not have 10+ streaks of under 2.00 when you look at average what happens in crash or dice games or even roulette. However when you say "normal" in that way I assume you try to say something like casino tried to make you lose because you were gambling and winning, so they had to go out of their way to figure out a way to make you lose and they manually made you lose 10+ times in a row to get all of your money.

Is that what you think happened? Because if you think that is the situation, you should stay away from gambling forever, since losing 10+ in a row may not be common but it is definitely possible more often than you think it is and casinos do not need few hundred dollars from a person.
