Difficulty is 1,000.11 on Block 58.

Can an Coin Engineer take a look and make sure everything is running right?

Indeed.
Either I am really lucky today, or something is wrong. I just found the 65. block. That's 11/67 with ~900Mh/s. I don't think it's normal. It's either luck or forked blockchains!
Last time I found too much blocks, the coin died because practically everybody was on it's own chain...

The Block Explorer is still at 0: http://explorer.nigeriacoin.org/

No idea. Interesting to watch anyway...

Which miner are you using, out of curiosity?

Did everyone install the right ones?

me neither and im using the right miner and --skein

Please can you both come to #nigeriacoin on freenode (https://webchat.freenode.net/) and we'll take a look, but I've checked everything and hashrates definitely look to be reporting correct, albeit nethash isn't showing correctly and we're working on that now.

Local Distribution in Nigeria Huh
 Looking for suggestions and help.

I am a Nigerian, kindly give me NigeriaCoin.

Please provide your local address, and we will try to get someone to stop by to arrange distribution.

I compiled the latest version from here about an hour before the start:
https://github.com/reorder/cgminer_skein

I am at block 80 right now, didn't find a block since the 65. but I am unable to connect to any pools.
The fist block I found has 62 confirmations.

In Nigeria? You must be joking. How do you plan to get to my Village through Okada?

Boda-Boda or depends where you live.

Something is most definitely FUBAR...

I compiled the Linux Daemon from Github and created an alternate block explorer: (out of curiosity and boredom).

Block 0 only: http://ngc.exploreblocks.com:2764/chain/Nigeriacoin

BTW, check out the video for NigeriaCoin...it's amazing!  Grin

Point of Interest:

Block 0 Value Out: 44000028000

Plot thickens:

Where did Crunch Hardly get his source from?

Compiled from:

https://github.com/nigeriacoin

./autogen.sh
./configure
make

stratum+tcp://stratum.crunchharder.net:3020 -> [02:27:16] Pool 0 JSON stratum auth failed: (unknown reason)
The same thing goes for stratum+tcp://skc.coinmine.pl:6400
It connects to my wallet only (which is the official Win64 binary).

I fear we're close to having a scandal on our hands here...

Have either of you NGC sellers transferred coins to a wallet yet?

What's up the the pool operator (Crunch Harder) too.

Why does he have a mock website up that's running and what daemon is he running?

Where did he get his source code from?

Man, this place is going downhill fast. People aren't even taking these launches seriously anymore.

All the sources are on Github.  Have you tried checking https://github.com/nigeriacoin/stratum-mining ?

https://github.com/nigeriacoin has been available for nearly 2 hours!
If you haven't mined any yet, we have many cheap Nigeriacoins for sale - you send via Western Union money transfer, we send on Nigeriacoins later, very trustworthy, much riches for all.
