I am a woman who works selling clothes and has a side job as a bounty hunter. From morning to night, I was in the clothing store and the evening I was on the internet to make posts and content articles to get a stake in the bounty program. to the end, I fell ill and was hospitalized. the doctor said that I was too tired at work so suggested to take a break in a few weeks.

for those of you who are still active in making this forum post, take care of your health so you don't get sick. give your body enough rest and do not forget to be diligent in drinking water so as not to dehydrate and lack the body's ions. If necessary, take vitamins that increase stamina so that you stay healthy while hunting for the stake.

Thanks for the post OP, there are good advices in the post, I'll make sure my children reads this, my age is too old for this.  Grin

Very close friend of my family had MS for more than 10 years and he was taking tecfidera on daily basis. Just few months ago his condition got worse and doctors will run few more tests and check up cause they have a suspicion that MS is developing into dementia. He was absolutely healthy person before all that started, never smoked or heavily drank alcohol, was doing exercises regularly etc etc. It made me think a lot and analyze my life from a different prospective. I think that eating healthy food, doing exercises and breathe clean air is very very important for us humans but the most important thing in life - to keep the balance and to be happy, to do all those things which makes us smile and feel like we are on the right path.
A balanced living is important. I've seen that someone who's also healthy, does regular exercise, and has a good physique yet became sick. We will never know until a disease comes or a sick hits us.

But as long as you're very responsible for yourself and you're doing those things to maintain a healthy living, that's all that you need to have.

Remember: Too much of anything can be bad. When I was younger, I thought I was being healthy by eating a diet focused on one specific thing I was always taught was "healthy." Unfortunately, I overdid it and the negative impact has damaged my health forever.

A lot of people have a misconception that eating right and exercising are all that is needed to keep healthy. That's not the case. You should also try your best to stay mentally healthy, as you do not want to end up with depression or be too consumed with sadness. Try not to worry so much. You should allow yourself some time to catch your breath, and let your mind wander. This will also help you relax and just let your mind go blank.


Many people do not realize the importance of having a healthy mentality, especially now that we are in a pandemic condition that has not yet ended.
This can make us stressed and have a lot of thoughts, therefore it is not easy to live a healthy life. Not enough eating healthy food and doing
regular exercise. But we do have to do a lot of things that make us happy, like looking for entertainment that can release stress. Maybe playing
online games can give me some entertainment and it helps my mental health. For all of you try to do things that you think can provide entertainment,

Yes it's better to visit doctor frequently to check for diseases.
Regular health checks to the doctor are important...

but there are some cases where the doctor does not know that the patient is suffering from a dangerous disease. my neighbor died of cancer of the lymph nodes, he is one of the people who regularly check his health with the doctor once a month but why can the doctor not detect his disease. keep eating and sleeping regularly, exercising regularly, and drinking lots of water.
I have a monthly appointment with my doctor together with my monthly laboratory because i am monitoring my Diabetes now as we are not getting any younger.

and also managing eating healthy foods and keeping distance from junk foods and also meaty or oily foods.

My 70 year old boxing coach once told me that exercising is a piggy bank, every day you work out, you save a penny for a rainy day . If you don't save up those pennies you only cheat yourself. health should be honed and not be taken for granted.

There are not too old if that is related to our kids because we are responsible with them and always take care and make sure they will get the best. We should work hard for them so their life can change better than us. That is a dream from every parent, well, for most parents. We hope they will understand what we did because that is for them. The need for persons to take their health a lot more seriously has in recent times been emphasized emphatically...stress makes one develop illness or diseases that could sometimes be avoided if an active exercise routine, proper diet and rest quotient is adhered to after or during stressful situations that tend to put strain on muscles or nerve endings.

No one need flog anyone to remember how the absence of strict hygiene claimed most lives during the COVID 19 outbreak...failing health issues were exposed and the solution to most of these issues boils down to early health maintenance in the form of good hygiene, regular exercise and checkups, proper diet, water, sunlight and mostly rest.

Ones healthy should be his/her first priority cause a sickman can't go hustling for money except healthy and strong.  Many persons ignore their health while pushing for successful career. And sometimes, these person don't stay alive to eat from their success as a result of neglect to their health.

Finally it's very sacrosanct to learn the habit of drinking water constantly now, due to the weather conditions and changes globally, so the body stay COOL!

Of course you need your physical fitness first in order to work. We must first of all make sure that our body condition and how we are going to be able to go to any stage so that we do not do any work where we work.  Any physical accident can be our physical problem so we have to keep everything safe and our body is fine
