Yeah, this is very right. Just like the popular saying goes " Health is Wealth" to be healthy is very important thing in everyone's life, you can't even make money when you kit healthy, always try to drink alot of water because water saves life more than you can ever imagine. Pls always try to take care of your health wherever you maybe out there.

Yes, health is the main capital in life because if the body is not healthy then we will not be able to do activities for everything such as working to earn money and so on. and I think the most important thing in maintaining health is to always try to exercise regularly and get enough sleep because lack of sleep will make the brain tired so that concentration is not optimal.

To survive in life you must take care of yourself because if you don't take care of yourself you will suffer all your life then your body will not be good you will have to suffer a lot which is not good for your body so before doing every thing you must know your health rules and  Do everything in compliance so that your health is always good

A lot of money or wealth is useless if your health is very bad, I have a neighbor who has to do dialysis every month because he has kidney problems, how much money has he spent but it can't cure him!

water is the best neutralizer of toxins in the body, much of which can be cleaned by water if we regularly drink a lot, especially the kidneys.

From my own experience, I can say that it is essential to go for a holistic approach. A healthy diet, regular exercise, mindful fitness, and personal growth - all this plays a great role in your daily life.

This is really more important than work! Because some things can be done tomorrow, and health can no longer be returned. This is my motto in life and my health says "thank you" to me.

it's true that maintaining health is the most important thing than falling sick because if you are sick, the cost of treatment will usually be more expensive than our income, but if we take care of our health our bodies will feel happy. so the point is to maintain health must be in the fore.

I am also lucky to have a mother who is a nurse, she always takes good care of the family's nutrition, especially the food and drinks that enter our bodies are very carefully watched.

I am a woman who works selling clothes and has a side job as a bounty hunter. From morning to night, I was in the clothing store and the evening I was on the internet to make posts and content articles to get a stake in the bounty program.

to the end, I fell ill and was hospitalized. the doctor said that I was too tired at work so suggested to take a break in a few weeks....

for those of you who are still active in making this forum post, take care of your health so you don't get sick, give your body enough rest and do not forget to be diligent in drinking water so as not to dehydrate and lack the body's ions. If necessary, take vitamins that increase stamina so that you stay healthy while hunting for the stake.

I believe that it is very important to take care of one’s health. By having a healthy lifestyle you are able to promote longevity making you feel great and young. Also having a good amount of exercise and getting enough rest helps you lower stress levels.

If you are careless with your health and don’t care about the consequences of being neglectful by doing drugs and not properly eating right. This will result in serious consequences for your health moving forward.

I am also very aware of my health. Have two businesses, a wife and three kids so the stress level can be a bit high sometimes. At my business we recently started working out in business hours making it a priority. We work hard on creating subscription websites freeing up time to focus on health and good business environments.

I understand you. I myself slept for 4 hours during my university years to earn and build a future. Now I don't do that anymore, but my skin has suffered the consequences.
