This can be considered as bad due to more instances that people fall on promises, and eventually it doesn't gather good results for the long period of time. Some project tend to lose hope and yet most of altcoins whose launched after ICO failed so bad. That's mainly the reason why people lost trust with altcoins nowadays.

The question is why do some people generalize all Altcoins as bad? considering there are over 3000 of them out there. One would not have the time to go through each project one by one. to analyze the project. team etc everything behind each crypto project.
There has to be some project out there under good intentions. Not all projects could be a scam. I admit I only have a top 4 i consider when it comes to best coins. But yet many should be decent at least honest projects out there. Afterall we do need more projects. more quality projects out there in order for crypto to succeed.

It is a case of different folk, to some all Altcoins are scam and not worth holding for any reason probably because one or two projects they knew about has exited scam or the price of an Alt they once believed in drop in price and yet to recover back to their buying point as a result they see all Altcoins as scam or shitcoins. I bumped into a statement on telegram where an individual argued that the only decentralized currency is bitcoin while others are shitcoins as he believes they are all centralized. Its always best to do some research on a project that you wanna invest to. Dont rush into something you will regret in the future. Thats wasting time and money. Its okay to just be in a project you know you can trust and that will give you something in return in the future.

Although not all projects are bad, we are difficult to find a good project because there is no right information on which project that can run until the project can finish every phase and reach their goals. We don't know, and we are difficult to select the project because we have a bad experience before, and that makes some of us are very careful to join or invest in the new project. But if we are trying to choose the old altcoin or the altcoin which has a good history in the market, then we might make a profit with them. |

Its no doubt that people aren't up for the challenge to start finding one or two good altcoins out of a thousand bad altcoins, on my own side i prefer to keep digging, i never expected anything to come easily, my mindset is different and i belief i will nailed it big

In my opinion, not everyone sees altcoin as bad. one such indication is because a little bit of altcoin is of no value, thus making people bored and frustrated. Moreover, altcoin prices are not stable on the exchange.

Many investors are saying altcoins are bad because of the experience they had while investing on them, many still lack how to do better research on projects till date because they don't want ti learn but they want to earn, this is why they keep having bad experience

If you are saying that altcoins are bad then you are a bad investor or trader because if you are making profit from investing or trading altcoins then you will not say that all of them are bad. It is up to you on how are you going to react with the market volatility and how are you going to make your best strategy in terms of entering and exiting from the market to secure your profit.

Not every single altcoin is bad, but the general picture of altcoins is depressing. ETH cannot overcome 160 mark for months, LTC, EOS, DASH are swimming somewhere without any sign of improvement for years.

sometimes mistakes do exist in investors and traders, because they are not able to do research in the market and cannot understand the concept of price movements. even if he understands it will not always benefit but he certainly has benefited |

I think you are wrong, just 3 years ago you could buy ETH, LTC, Dash and many others under 10$, look where they are now, and check their ATH. Crypto-market is that faze now, bearish, but that will pass and prices will start growing again. Prices don't rise all the time, and prices don't rise when we wish them to rise. We need to be patient and our time will come again! |

worse people from indonesia speaks of poor english but they tries to meet him as i decide not to work with them but also to avoid him to get closer on me as might the chance should distinguished level of dignity ; on their decision as they comes with lower level of absence but not to gains closer as i have to focus with work on my startup project of the DOGEM plan.

some user experience consecutive failure in different altcoin in past few years a lot of projects turn to scam thats why you can't blame them if it is hard for them to trust new project again i know there are really some good project like those in the top of market cap but for new altcoin, it still hard to trust them because until now there still a lot of scam happening in the new projects in my opinion, its better to stay away from the new projects for the meantime |

Most people are considering all alts are bad. Actually generalizing the thought makes it harder for newbies to understand cryptocurrency as many people could bring confusion by upholding once opinion. What I think the root of the problem is people having favoritism when it comes to their chosen altcoin. They wanted to pursue on what they believe and do not care on other's opinions. And if they do, they'll just even more will shill their coin.

Right, and I totally agree with what you say, because it won't be a problem if we follow a different project from other people, because we have done specific research on the project that we are taking, and that too for our own future rewards. . |

Altcoin name was destroyed by too many scammers and its because of them investors are reluctant in putting faith back in Altcoins/ICOs. But this doesnt mean there are not many good projects in crypto world. You really have to work hard to find a project that is scam free. Spend time, DYOR and you will get many interesting projects

ICOs the reason how the market has been shaped. In fairness only btc stand along the way. Think of it, if the marker is composed solely of btc and no altcoin then there is no crypto market and even investors will not probably focus on trading btc alone with stablecoin. So altcoin can help shaped the market as neutral position. If its bad then believe it.
