From the market perspective, you can say anything but the harsh reality is that the last year 2018 was not brought to any fruitful thing for this cryptocurrency, In that time, a lot of scam project was the main reason for this scenario, people have lost the faith on this cryptocurrency because of losing their money during this year, not only that but also international politics is another vital reason for not growing Cryptocurrency like we previously observed, but I like the slow and steady way to make anything successful along with the sustainable development.

We cannot expect new investors considering the current condition of the market. No one will ever dare enter an investement with a very high risk. Not everyone will believe that sooner or later, the crypto market will be full of green marks again. We may have supportive evidence that crypto can make a comeback in the future but it woud be really hard to convince a new investor to believe so. We need to help crypto gain its composure once again to attract new investors and we can only do that by patronizing it still amidst the crisis we are facing.

The reason why altcoins are not going? I would say it's because a substantial amount of the money that is being invested in cryptocurrency is going into Bitcoin and not altcoins. And a lot of investors have been selling their altcoins and buying Bitcoin, that has contributed to the major fall of altcoins. Another problem is all the shitcoins in the market that keep ruining everything (that's another long story).

Everyone now has their attention on Bitcoin and a lot of influencers are contributing to that by telling investors that follows them that altcoins are never going to make it, so they should only invest in Bitcoin. Just like around September when Keiser warns that altcoins are not coming back, a lot of Investors got scared and pulled out their money and started investing in Bitcoin causing the dominance to hit 70%.

Many people always asking when altcoin growing up to higher price, but my prediction until bitcoin keep with lower price never available seeing altcoin on higher price, need to make bitcoin pump with higher price and then just waiting altcoin back to higher price. We not have chance to get profit with altcoin if bitcoin price keep lower and down, impossible without bitcoin have raise higher price altcoin will be on the top.

Yes so many question about on when be gonna be growing the price and Ill think they answer it already, But as we always predicting on it and when gonna happen for the altcoins start to increase the price. Actually I just seen also in the past year that need for bitcoin to increase before altcoins increase the price also but not all altcoins maybe those only a popular coins that we know.

Honestly, I think you guys are too paranoid about the price of the altcoin market downtrend because the last time i checked the capital market and some altcoin chart, there are still some altcoin which still follow the trend of the bitcoin market. Yes, investors focus on bitcoin but also focus on some altcoin too.

You're about the statement made by so.e influencer people but don't you think this is just an act of making the price of the altcoin market to dump while they accumulate it in cheap and make a huge gain when the altcoin season arrives?

Because they lose money when investing, therefore investors lose their interest and prefer BTC compared to altcoin. But take it easy there is still hope if altcoin will pump and almost everyone hopes it will happen in 2020

and why would they loose money at the first place if they will only knew how to pick up a good alt and if they will only knew how to hodl and trade i think there will be no loosers on here but there are still loosers and they dont easily loose thier interest on doing the same thing because they also want to recover  .  and if its true that people are now switching in btc , why is that btc price is still verry low up to the moment of this writing  ? oh well lets hope that our hopes will occur next year

People are still investing in altcoins and same as Bitcoin too, the realbfact about price surge is if new waves of investors get into crypto space with big money then market will change, adoption is slowly increasing and its only a matter if time before we see another huge crypto wild chase

Now Altcoins provide an excellent opportunity to make money on trading. for 2018 - 2019, if you were a good trader, you could increase the number of altcoins in your portfolio 3-4 times by simply trading them in pair with bitcoin. Of course, I’m not saying that it’s easy, but it’s possible. easy money can not be found in this market now

Early 2020 the government and banks in Germany have adopted crypto, then in the middle of the year Libra coins from Facebook will appear.
so there will be a new comer, and investors will start to re-enter, this is only an estimate, hopefully it's true.

Most altcoins are short lived most of them are pump and dump coins some of them only last months or years that's why i keep away from altcoins as much as possible, but if im going to invest in it i rather pick one in the top list of crypto currencies. Still no one can replace btc that's why i hold even though its small, it's the best bet for me especially im not really experienced in trading, that's why i prefer safer assets even though its not much of an investment.

Yeah most alts don't have enough potential to stay long term, most don't even have a reasonable service to provide, so there is nothing to sustain the price overtime, this is reason why most of the 2017/18 project have no value now, the devs of this products just have an empty tokens without any backup to give value.

I see many altcoins games over of this year 2019 and who is person looking a new project now their take boring. I can tell something if the bitcoin price will go up 15k$ then the altcoins market can be jump again like before year 2017.

Actually what is needed is crypto-world positive things and the adoption of the use of a real blockchain. But that turned around, altcoin was unable to beat the current bad market trends, and it was all filled with manipulation. Making new investors a little hesitant with current conditions, so it's only natural. Investors or whales that have mastered the moment, take a lot of gaps to get more profit. New projects do not currently dominate crypto-world needs, only projects that have new strategies and ideas that make them able to compete. New investors tend to prioritize a prospect, and current market conditions do not support it all.

The only reason why altcoins are not growing or increasing it's price these days is because bitcoin's price is down to 7,146 USD today, that is why we are all facing bear market today. If the price of bitcoin increases altcoins will also increased, and if the price of bitcoin decreases altcoins will also decreased because the price of bitcoin affects the price of every altcoin.
