Just adding my 2 cents, and again I know lm not in the running for the prize, but my reasoning for a prediction of 14,351 to 14,400 is because the mining reward will be cut in half.  To me the logical affect is that the price would approximately double so that the mining reward is effectively the same.

I guess my point is that if it currently cost a miner about $7000 to mine a Bitcoin now, then he/she is only making a small profit. So if the reward gets cut in half, then he/she will lose money if the price doesn’t adjust accordingly.

If miners stop mining, Bitcoin fails. Therefore, the price has to adjust.

Does any of this make sense or am I just way off base?
