To be honest, your answer sounded rather ambiguous ... so If you're interested, you can track p'merit statistics using this extension. In addition, no one deprives you of the chances of participating in a particular campaign, except for yourself, (i'm talking about ignoring the OP).

Besides that it is a false thought, since you're lying to someone, you shouldn't do that for another reason. Every user's merit count shows the quality of posts that he/she has provided to the forum. It isn't a non-sense number that is been given to specific users and won't have any difference whether you have it or not. Even if you succeed joining this campaign, how will cope with it? This is a high-paying signature campaign, compared with the others, and the manager will expect high quality posts from you.

I add both formats of btc address to avoid any problem. 

You don't have to if you really understand this one. I don't think you will have any problem using only btc P2PKH or P2SH addresses, because one of these addresses is supported by the campaign payment address.

Note: Our wallet supports transfers to legacy-address (starting with 1…) or P2SH-address (starting with 3…)

Nonetheless, I don't believe that BestChange would ever refuse an applicant for that reason. If the applicant is high-quality poster, they'll just send him/her amessage to change the address. But that's not the point! If they don't know that, they may be unaware of the campaign rules.

You may be right, but the campaign has its own answer to this in the rules: 

- Any application with incorrect information will be disqualified without notice (for example, incorrect BTC-address etc.).

I think it would be much safer to fill out the application correctly right away.
