How can you just have bitcoin and altcoins. Altcoins are not just one coin you cannot generalise like that. Altcoins cossist of thousands of coins most shitcoin. Obviously, if you find a good coin it will bring long term profit since it will be a good project and not just a coin like bitcoin.

Don't touch the new Altcoin, it's full of risk, if you want to invest with Altcoin then my advice is to choose potential Altcoins like BNB, ETH, and LTC or Altcoin which is in the top 10-20 at coinmarketcap. I am still optimistic we can profit from long-term investments with Altcoin.

just remember , mostly is not for long-term investment,the simple reasons,because altcoins is more fluctuactive than bitcoin.
so far i just found BNB,KCS,OKB is worth for long term holders,even eth still a bit more fluctuactive for now rather than that three coins that I mentioned..

All the three mentioned were exchange backed altcoins, more the progress and adoption of cryptocurrencies more will be the usage of exchanges. Altcoins are not performing well since 2018, and the only Bitcoin is growing. Still, I think after reach the price of Bitcoin at the level of $10000, other altcoins will also perform well but should be patient for long-term and also should invest in good projects, not in every project or low worth project.

It is possible to get more profit by stacking some alternating coins. However, if the price is reduced then the irony has to be acknowledged.That's the problem. However, stocking does not kill the capital anyway.
