Several altcoins was drowning at lower costs right now, and I guess more holders are now shaking on their feet upon looking at their blockfolio's turning bloody red on status. That's normal on times of bearish days, and while btc journey was pondering a good trend just control your emotions because it already happened from previous bullrun. Altcoins went so down before the real bullrun comes at rapid increase.

why tremble? the market hasn't run the pump yet and the bitcoin update and the others haven't run the market yet. believe me this year and next year will be good for the crypto market. You just need to believe and be patient, never feel doubt and panic.

According to the statistics, holding Bitcoin is much more profitable than holding of the most altcoins. If you are looking for the cryptocurrency for a long-term investment (2+ years), BTC is the best option.

Are you not planning carefully? why don't you make the analysis and prediction of the highest and lowest prices to avoid you from loss and wait for a long time? I usually determine the time and value before I buy an asset. it is related to roadmap analysis and future development by the team of assets that I will buy.

No doubt still many altcoins are with potential to rise more,Altcoins are best alternatives to hold or invest because Bitcoin is expensive and mostly new comers cant afford the Bitcoin so they have best option that invest in altcoins and hold for expected returns.

There are really a lot of choices in altcoin that are more cheaper than bitcoin, but it doesn't mean that it could be worth it for investment and for you to get a long term profit because not every altcoins are really worth it for investment. For me, the only altcoins that are worth for long term profits is ETH because it is just like bitcoin that has a potential to increase it's value even more.

There is always a big risk of investing in cryptocurrency so we could expect that it is not always a profit in our investment especially in investing in an altcoin. For sure investing in altcoins for the long term is not a bad idea at all if you are just going to pick the token in the market for your long term investment. There are so many choices in the market but there are thousands of altcoins in the market that splitting the demand of a lot of altcoins in the market most of the time the safest way is to pick a popular altcoins in the market. For me, the best long term investment is in XRP since it has a long price in the market you could easily invest or buy a big volume of XRP for a long term investment. Also, XRP already has its demand in the market so for sure it will not be going to collapse easily.

It does happens from time to time where the percentage of profit is much more higher on altcoins than on Bitcoin, but if you are talking about continous profit and instability then Bitcoin is the best investment, checking all the chart you will see the percentage is much more higher so the best option still is diversification so if Bitcoin cannot deliver at that time other altcoins might deliver the profit.

Personally I think the risk involved in investing into some altcoins is very high , thats why majority of people prefer to invest into Bitcoin. Because alot of the altcoins  are dead without any developments or progress , so any upward or downward movement in the market it will take them to their grave which they might not be able to ressurrect again.
