First of all, thank you for the time to take a look FAQ! Regarding the first question, that is correct, we never had any minimum withdrawal limits. From day one, our users could withdraw any amount they wanted as long as they can cover the transaction fee that the network requires in order to get the transaction confirmed. That is our policy, and we intend to keep it like that unless some unplanned events happen (abuse, or similar).

Regarding the fee for the Signature campaign participants - we said we will cover their fees so they could get their payment in full because that's what they are entitled to get.

We constantly play with the competitions, change the rewarding system so it's suitable for everyone. We also had daily competitions within a weekly one quite a few times (I linked one of the examples, but you can check the Games and Rounds board for more), and we might repeat that in the following month if that is what our users find attractive. Follow this thread and stay informed.

sorry Im not being harsh here but i think you should re consider your offer if you want a best result for your advertising .

I think that it isn't harsh, they need to hear it also, 10 USD is a sought after payrate for a low ranking member like me and I think that Senior Members aren't allowed to have that kind of payrate because that's like making them look like low ranks.

I sort of understand it, I mean if you think about the situation they are in, they are not the greatest and they are probably not making a huge amount of money, so that should probably tell you all you need to know about what kind of budget they have for signature campaign as well.

This is why I think there is no shock that they went for lower ranks with less pay and that would both get them heard around the forum and get them more people but at the same time they won't be spending too much as well so it really makes sense. Obviously everyone's dream is to offer $200 for all legendary accounts and 100 for heros and get as many people as possible, which company wouldn't want that but there isn't enough money to be made in the casino world if you do not have whales losing at your place constantly. So I think this is fine, it is a good enough campaign and nothing to worry about.

Thank you for the detailed answer and got it. Also did not find different language chat rooms, so is their any reason of having just English as standard or it is in plan to include different rooms like Spanish/Philippines etc as well. As well in the chat, tagging a person is a good option rather than each time writing the names to whom we need to address. This feature is missing currently.

Seen the game on some other platform actually but I have not tried. I'm not getting the difference when you switch to the advance. By the way, the games in coingradon allow users to test them without betting any sats until you decide I guess. Maybe if they have some faucet, some of us without funds could try the games, it will encourage more users to try also.

Some casinos actually provide faucets to accounts without funds but accounts that have few funds will not be able to access the faucets.

First of all, you need to differentiate between 'betting' and trying the site and I dont think playing with 1 sat is considered as 'betting'. Secondly, there is almost no difference between trying the site with 0 sat and playing with 1 sat dust bet. Thats merely 0.03 cents right now , its pointless and you might just want to go with 0 sat wager

Third, 'gambling is not for everyone' . If people cant afford minimum reasonable bet in most casino right now of $0.1 then they might as well want to stop calling it 'gambling' ( personal opinion )
