The zero (0) bet is there for people to be able to try the games and understand them "risk free".
Its a great way of testing a game and making sure you understand it (or like it!)

Not that hard if you try hard, just look at the entries in the specified thread and see how many bets they have so far. User cazkoo for example, he has more than 100 entries already, although I did not check all the bets but logically all his bets should be with at least 123x multiplier.

Hi, peter! Although we are all aware that sometimes the network is unpredictable, it's difficult to define the exact time needed, since it depends on a lot of factors. What should be a good guideline and the answer to your question is: the Express transaction fee should make the transaction confirmed in the next block. The Fast one within 2 blocks, the Standard within 6 blocks, and the Slow one within 25 blocks.

Keep in mind that these are in place when the network functions normally like it is on a daily basis, but if sometimes the network gets clogged, we all know that is something that's out of our control. Our fees are reflecting the current state of the network, and as tippytoes mentioned - that's the exact amount we are paying for that fee.
