I cant login to btc38.com with my facebook account, facebook error and raising a support ticket doesn't work either.

Why not leave some information about what is going on.

It is not scam. Facebook troubles took place in past. Telephone may be turned off due to non-working hours. I think we just have to wait.

"crypto to crypto trading" ??

They have no crypto/crypto pairs, and the crypto/btc pairs are disabled in the last month.
All the 30 crypto/cny pairs are working, but not for the 'facebook login' users  Cry

Anyway, it already happened before.
Facebook changed their api 2 days ago,
and now it will take a few days for btc38 to adjust their platform.
I still have hope that my funds are safe there.
Yesterday the "Facebook Error" disappeared and instead, it redirects me back to the main page with the "Login/Reg" button.
It means that somebody is working on it (Hopefully).

When (if) the exchange will return, I'll consider to withdraw all my funds. The lack of communication is not acceptable.
I know they don't have people who answer phone/email and know English,
but they have a few people who answer tickets in English, and there are no tickets in English in the last days (because nobody can login to open one...),
So what are they doing? Took a vacation? Angry

Their "english" staff -  google translate  Grin Grin Grin     btc38 has a serious lack of english-speaking support. Someone here has written about only one person who knows english.

2.5 days without access to my funds, it's not funny anymore.
I tried to contact the Admin (tame@vip.qq.com and 124777328@qq.com), No answer so far.
I also sent email to Ken, the one person that I know in their building who really speaks English (ken@yooyet.com).
He works on the floor above BTC38 and can speak with the btc38 stuff there, He helped me before, but no answer so far.
8 hours from now they start their working day, I'll call to +86-755-66800383 with a small hope to find someone who can understand the problem in English.

Update:
Tame, The BTC38 Admin, is responding to emails right now (tame@vip.qq.com)

After I tried my best to explain the problem, He wrote me back:
"sorry. I can not understand what is your problem. do you mean you forgot you account?"
It seems that they are not aware of the problem at all Cry

Please, can somebody explain him the problem, maybe my English is not good enough.

Update:
I tried my best [again] to explain Tame the exact problem, it seems that he understood it this time:
"Oh. sorry. we are checking the problem. if you are anxious to buy or sell your coin. you can download a QQ APP from APP store or Android market. then you register a new account and I will transfer your Balance to you fisrt".

It seems that Tame is using google translate like all of the stuff there.
I'm still asking people here to contact Tame at tame@vip.qq.com
and try to explain the problem in their words. It can only help.

"Hello, we have fixed the problem, but the data has not been synchronized, please later in the operation. Hope to help you"

Just return empty page.

Update: I found english version is broken. Chineese looks normal. Javascript function showSettingRow(coinName, rowsNum, operate)   misses operate='deposit'  section  which is charge for withdrawal.
