Honestly 350,000usd rewards for a bounty hunter is a punch in the moon as of this days. You can't earn that much for bounty hunting now. A 10k usd is more  likely to achieve in bounty if you're very good at it.

Even now I believe that no ICO project can complete the hardcap and keep the price after being listed in exchanges. The price of those tokens will definitely drop several times after being listed at the exchange. So we won't be able to see a bounty complete with the same high budget

In my opinion, For now huge prize pool is worthless for me if the project conduct IEO on exchange that have a bad reputation like fake vol. then you know what happen if get listed. in spreadsheet we got $500 based on ICO price, in the exchange the price will drop so much because low liquidity. and we only get less then $10 instead $500 based on ICO price.
