the team cannot influence the results provided by the bounty campaign because at the moment there are only a few that hold a bounty campaign and if there is one that organizes it then they will only give a very small allocation, the bounty campaign cannot guarantee income anymore.

Bounties are rewards in tokens that a cryptocurrency/blockchain project gives away after a user successfully completes a certain task. Crypto bounties showed up on the stage as a marketing tool that helps startups to promote their projects.

nan bounties are pretty much dead for the foreseeable future. The average person is not buying new projects IEO tokens coins since 2017. So if nobody buying into new projects then even if a project is doing a bounty it won't be worth anything.

there are some chances that after current halving there would be more newcomers on crypto market offering some  quality bounties. but at this particular moment there are almost none quality bounties afaik

I'm seeing more listed bounties this year than 2019 and their allocations are extremely low but what matters is getting paid in the end though, anything from 20,000$ bounty rewards to 300k is still worth giving a try

It's not low, I think the bounty budget now is very reasonable because the current market is much harder than before. And with a budget of $ 30-50k, I believe it will work smoothly and people will get their money when the bounty ends.

Because in the past few years, blockchain coins have not been able to hold the Coin Market platform in a convenient place. As a result, big-budget projects were not visible in the market. The market sentiment is that there are too many projects active right now and the available space is quite limited. Now it's hard to find a good campaign on a big budget. I only see them running the campaign for 2-3 months with a budget of $ 10-30k. It is really too low compared to 2018 and 2019, and given the current plague, I believe the new projects will save their budget more than before

Yes, it is still possible but depends on how the project progresses after going to exchange. I recently complete a project Hex and it has done more than x50. That's a good price.

That will only be in terms of tokens amount but not valuation. What is the point of having thousands and thousands of tokens if they are worth nothing? What you are saying is also correct that with no. of participants being low and prize pool being high, participants can get good amount of tokens but if it is worth nothing in value in market then all you work has gone in vain. Its gonna really hurt when you watch back and realize the amount of time and hardwork all gone in vain.

If you compare them with 2018, it will certainly be much lower and make you disappointed. But looking at the reality, the market is collapsing and new projects are having a hard time raising capital. Therefore, the budget of 10-30k $ is quite reasonable with the current situation

I think it's still but with notes, projects that hold a bounty with a large allocation succeeded in increasing the value of their tokens or coins, and yes not all will get high rewards and in my opinion only translation campaigns and signature campaigns have opportunities, why? almost 2 years it's hard to guess how much we get from bounties. I think this year has improved, although the allocation for bounty participants is less than in previous years. Bug bounty campaigns for several campaigns on gitcoin are worth trying, they offer great amount.

I'm in bounties for years, I think every period had some great bounties and scam bounties! Both will always be there, it's up to us to find the best one, not to rush in the first new bounty without any research! That usually is a bad thing, you spent time and energy for worthless tokens, or in some cases without tokens at all if the team decide to run away before distribution! Don't lose hope, if you are patient and wait a bit before you jump in first bounty you can find a good one!

And right now, the chance of getting high rewards like what the OP is asking - $350k is really very slim to no chance. The times have been changed in crypto, it is not the same as 3 years ago. So right now, don't expect to gain such amount from bounties alone. Be happy if you will receive few hundred bucks from the tokens or coins that you will receive from bounty programs. Don't expect so much from bounties now, make yourself productive in other alternative options to earn crypto like trading.
