An altcoin is any digital cryptocurrency similar to Bitcoin. The term is said to stand for “alternative to Bitcoin” and is used describe any cryptocurrency that is not a Bitcoin. So your question
1. Hmm, it just matter of time. Time will come that it will be used

I personally have high confidence only with the highest altcoin in the market, I do not hesitate to buy and hold and wait until the time comes to sell it. most of the top altcoins or on the top 10 in the cmc market are very worthy of long-term investment.

Agree that it's worth investing in the long term, but do you have the patience to wait for it? For me, I am interested in short-term profit so I am always looking for altcoins outside the top 10 to invest,

Of course... There are still a lot of decent altcoins in the industry and market currently doing well Irrespective of how the market has been reacting recently. Also, some useful projects are still currently being developed. Take for instance the ethershift ESH token that has grown from less than 5 cents to over 80cents currently in less than a month. Altcoins are still having a good time in the market. Even the xinfin network token has been doing wonders for the past 2 days. Others out there are also reacting positively at the moment.

1. In my zone it's impossible to use btc or any crypto currency. So my best option is i sell my crypto asset for fiat which is available here.

2. Of course btc will be my first choice. It's much popular than other crypto currency and easy to use/store. Beside that eth and xlm will be good enough for payment method. Eth is second large crypto asset and also very popular. And i would choose xlm because of low fees and fast transaction.

Yes top ten altcoin holds good potential to bounce back any moment only if the value of Bitcoin raises I feel like most of the altcoin's future relies on Bitcoin. I would request you to look at it from a broader point of view wherein altcoins can't do much without any Bitcoin momentum as their value increases only when the value of Bitcoin increases, I would suggest you not to have high hopes on altcoins except Ethereum.

I think the current market is still in an early stage and recovering from a long winter so it is a buying opportunity.
If Bitcoin goes up in value and it will altcoins will follow.

The best applications are privacy coins but they're now under attack from governments so if they survive they're going to go up in value.

Only those Altcoin that already passed the bearish trend will give you good profit when you invest on them at this time but you need to know there is this thing called timing. timing when you buy those coins you need to buy them at their right time to gain some decent amount of income. because when you just blindly buy, there is a high percentage that the price will not rise instead it will just fell and no one can tell you when will it rise again. The buying technique requires some knowledge not just some courageous guts that will lead you to possible losses of all of your investment.

It is also the same for me, l mean l have high confidence only with top altcoins. Instead of preferring other altcoins it can be better to choose top altcoins, that is why as you above mentioned investing in top altcoins can be more profitable in my humble estimation. But it matters you are a long-term investor or not, which means it is so profitable for the long-term investors. You can get a good profit in this way.

1. I use crypto when investing only, and in shopping activities for day-to-day transactions I use ethereum or btc which I have exchanged for national currency.
2. etherum and btc. because I have often done transactions using these two coins. even though other altcoin also has a lot in common

1. Unfortunately I can not use cryptocurrency to shop, because of a ban from the government of my country not to use cryptocurrency as a payment.
2. I will choose XRP as payment, because the transaction costs are fast and cheap.
3. It is true that 2020 is a good opportunity to buy altcoins, because most altcoins are now at low prices.
4. Trading competitions, giveaways, lottery, gambling and games. That's all the easiest ways to attract users.

1. Well if its possible to buy in local shop or online shopping I would use crypto and in general life shopping necessary.
2. if there is a local crypto that can be accepted in major stores or mall, I would prefer to use that.
3. it is possible, and always buy from the money you can risk to loss.

Going for top 10 altcoins on Coinmarketcap is good because such coins have large caps and volume and are already in demand hence the probability of it retracing to zero is minimal. However, to make the most profit, you can also look at some mid-cap coins that are still in the phase of development and forming strong partnerships. These coins have higher chance of sprouting when it meets new face of investors.

A: For me, I think it would be necessary to promote mass adoption and awareness of cryptocurrencies. I would use cryptocurrencies any time to shop, especially purchasing plane tickets when pandemic is over.

 if you dont have a confidence then you find your self to have a zero coin inside your wallet because you already sold them or havent buy backed yet   . confidence is the only key to earn or to earn bigger   . still i use alts for buying sometimes aside from holding them   .

Yes I still have confidence in few altcoins, as for new altcoins they can be life changing opportunities but also huge risk investment, old altcoins are just way safer but if you can spot genuine promising new altcoins you might get lucky

the belief in altcoin season also makes me hold altcoin. even though it's not much, but I think it's the right amount for now. Until now, I am still waiting for the altcoin season, and hope that this year there will be a massive pump. it's just that, I limit that the altcoin that I hold is one of the best altcoins.

From your heading you are asking if there is hope for altcoin. My answer is yes there is hope. Buying and selling use is increasing a lot of companies that are into gambling use it. Many Data company are coming that also use altcoin for exchanges of data. We are getting there.

Altcoin is one of the alternative for bitcoin but not all of them are good and almost same concept with others. I am using cruptocurrency on some establishment here in our country and so far it has a good use. The only down side is limited for acceptance.

But this is okay, we are just starting the adoption and we can expect more later on. I only trust few altcoin that has been traded on the market which include eth and xrp. Some new projects are just created for trading and we can observed that dont we? Holding potential coin and token can be worth it but we must choose it wisely.
