Hope so anyways wife has had the kids for the past couple days at the in-laws so when they get back tomorrow hopefully late afternoon she may be expecting my undivided attention... but if I'm already playing... who knows.
I think the odds are about right on that gamble.

Next time I get a set, I go all-in right away.

Some nice discussion around these hands. Flopped sets are amazing for strength on most boards and are so easily disguised. The key is you really just need your opponent to pick up a playable hand. I'd say the worst flopped set imo is generally AAA for that reason, you are likely going to win the hand but will struggle to get paid off.
I find they play similar to 2 pair hands or a top top hand on a dry board. Depending on your holding you wind up deciding on whether they are valuing/calling worse or hit a hidden monster.

Jamming the flop is tough to get behind, and can be a decent play most likely in  3-bet pot considering you hold the nuts and they may have KK or AA. In general though it will probably just cost you chips by driving away the action, because I don't imagine you have many bluff jams in this spot. I don't think you are going to run into that exact spot enough to justify the worry about potential monsters and the value you can extract. I can't remember how that one played out on the flop, I imagine I just flat called pre defending the blind. I definitely have to consider folding to maybe a 3/4 pot size bet or larger on the flop but it was just unlucky for you that I hit my straight on the turn.

The real trick here is somehow finding a fold or better yet slowing down enough to get paid when opponents miss the draw or avoiding a stack off if they have hit.

There was some high ranking member inquiring few days or maybe a week ago and I pointed out your free offer and he immediately disappeared This really is a problem of lot of people talking about gambling but not really wanting to take part even when it is free with no strings attached.

I had one inquiry from a guy from my local section about SwC in general and our series. He is a very new member and I can't vouch for him but he seemed knowledgeable about poker and maybe he could be considered as "investment for the future". Not asking you to throw him a freebie just putting it out here as another option.

If yahoo was still with us that guy who run away with 1000 chips would already be painted red. I know he is a new account and maybe just made for that purpose but maybe we should do the same.

Can I ask does any one know what it means the checkbox "Run it twice" ?

It's when you play all in with a person who checked that box too, you get two set of cards on table! You will see first hand played with the half of all in and under that second hand. Basically its like you are playing your all in twice, but with half of your bankroll first time and other half second time, and you see 10 cards on the table. I tried that, and it's interesting, for example if you lose first hand you can win second and you will be even, for winning you need to win both hands!

I agree with you, SwC really botched this one... why not just have a different requirement (silly they even feel they need one) like "Have at least $10 in your balance in order to have chat privileges". Fucking 500 krill, who has time for that unless you are a hardcore SwC player??

I'll say it again, way to go swc, love the software but this is stupid.
