Absolutely! ICO projects have too many problems and one of them is the risk of being scammed! Personally, I think there's a rare chance to find a "good" ICO nowadays. Yes and there's only few of bounty managers who really think of their reputation. A bounty manager that will investigate the project and decline it once they locate any suspicions even if they know that they can earn. You are right, some new spam projects are detected when they finish ICO. it was too late with the project that already got investors' money even though it was not large. some only announced that they would return investors' funds but in reality, they disappeared without any return.
