My advice is look for high ranked members like hero or legendary and join what bounty they are joined.
Then u will start understanding which ico's usefull and which ones scam.

That should be the best way to follow experienced members. You must have seen a lot of scam icos these days and why some participants are still able getting legit payment while so many newbies have said thei have been getting scammed by the scam bounties. That makes sense to me.

Yes this seems to be more or less what's happening now but there are some genuine projects which are offering bounty campaigns but you have to spend your time on it and do a proper search before you stumble across one of them .

Now if you will find a good campaign, then you are just a very lucky person. Recently, either scammers or you can earn very little money. only signature campaigns are interesting to me now

choosing the project carefully is the key to this. it's just that, the possibility to choose a scam or bad project still exists, even when you have done extensive research. good or bad projects that you can only determine when you do your research. so do your research before you work for it.

Agree! Even some projects seem very good at first turn out to be a scam one after raising funds. Personally, I don't choose to invest in ICO under any circumstances because there are too many scam projects compared to legitimate ones. IEO can be a good alternative to invest in. For me, there is no good ICO and bad ICO anymore, I just avoid to involve in them!

You can't tell an ICO is good or bad without you are having a good knowledge about crypto. Before declaring an ICO program you have to check it's many of factors that making a program successful or damaged. I think there will need lots of experience level about crypto and ICO as well. Such as how they work and to check their strategy works.

For bounty, it is best to select the bounty listed in the exchange. It is the simplest way for you to earn money from new projects, don't waste your time with projects that are not listed in exchanges because they need a lot of time to raise funds and get listed

Not sure because there are still many good projects for you to join and maybe after IEO, that project becomes a lot better and helps you earn a lot of money. I think it depends on the situation of the market because in general the projects listed at the exchanges are often very difficult to make a lot of money because there will certainly be a lot of participants. There must be some exceptions to that. I meant when you find a project that has a chance to be a fake project and it's not easy to determine the bad side of a project based on the technical analysis. The partnership doesn't matter a lot in this case as so many scam projects were also creating fake partnership too.

ICO indeed makes us confused, sometimes unexpected ICOs will make investors happy, and ICOs that look good are quite the opposite, it is better to follow IEO in famous exchanges to get away from scammers

I actually agree with most of your points, but as regards partnership, I am of the opinion that it is not just about the number of partnerships or partners that the project tea has, but how solid the partnership is, most especially partnering with big and successful names I the crypto space. A project might have so many partnerships, but none or the majority of them might not be popular. Also, we need to always check and confirm if truly they have those partnerships and one of the ways it can be much better is to see both parties publish it on their social media or website.

I believe there are still good ICO now but the question is,  is that enough for them to succeed?
It seems like the market does not anymore favor the ICO, even IEO struggles because crowdsale int he market is not that attractive to the people now.

To be honest, I am not anymore seeing that ICO will once again relieve its wonderful market, even if the market will turn into bullish, it would still not gonna give a good effect to ICO as people knows how to choose now, they would go for the IEO or probably just invest on existing coins in the market.
